Կառավարությունն ընդունել է որոշում, որի նպատակն է ապահովել Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցնելու պատճառով Սյունիքի մարզի Շուռնուխ և Որոտան բնակավայրերում հաշվառված կամ այդ հասցեում փաստացի բնակված, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնակության այլ վայրի հասցեում հաշվառված բնակելի անշարժ գույքը կորցրած քաղաքացիներին օգնության տրամադրման միջոցառման շարունակականությունը՝ մինչև 2024 թ. հունիս ամիսը ներառյալ։ 

Միջոցառման շրջանակում 2021 թ. փետրվար ամսից մինչև 2023 թ. դեկտեմբեր ամիսը՝ ներառյալ շահառուներին տրամադրվել է միանվագ 300,000.0 դրամ և ամենամսյա 68000 դրամ դրամական օգնություն։ Ըստ հիմնավորման՝ Շուռնուխ բնակավայրում կառուցվող բնակելի տների շինարարական աշխատանքները հիմնականում ավարտված են, ավարտվել են նաև արտաքին լուսավորության և բարեկարգման աշխատանքները:

Անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել թաղամասում կառուցել խմելու ջրի օրվա կարգավորման ջրավազան, ինչպես նաև կատարել բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրական հենասյուների ապամոնտաժման և բնակելի տների էլեկտրասնուցման աշխատանքներ, որի մասով «ՀԷՑ» ՓԲԸ հետ նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներն արդեն իսկ կատարվել են:

ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի գրասենյակի հետ համատեղ քննարկվել են բնակելի տների բաշխման և օբյեկտի ավարտական գործընթացը կազմակերպելու հարցերը, որոնք նախատեսված է ավարտել 2024 թ. մայիսին: Հաշվի առնելով այդ հանգամանքը՝ Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեն առաջարկել է որոշմամբ հաստատված միջոցառման շրջանակում հատկացվող դրամական աջակցության տրամադրման ժամկետները երկարաձգել:
