Թատրոնների ֆինանսավորման մոդելը փոխվում է. նրանք կֆինանսավորվեն նախորդ տարվա իրենց եկամուտների կրկնակի չափով

Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ հունիսի 14-ի նիստում որոշեց փոփոխել թատերահամերգային կազմակերպությունների ֆինանսավորման մոդելը: Նոր մոդելով կազմակերպությունը պետք է ֆինանսավորվի այն գումարի կրկնակիի չափով, որքան որ ինքը նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում աշխատել է:
Որոշման հիմնավորման մեջ նշվում է, որ Թատերահամերգային կազմակերպությունների ֆինանսավորման նոր մոդելը 2023 թվականին պիլոտային ռեժիմով կիրարկվել է «Ա. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետիազգային ակադեմիական թատրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ում, ըստ որի ֆինանսավորվում են տվյալ տարվա կանխատեսվող սեփական եկամուտների կրկնակիի չափով։
Սակայն պարզվել է, որ Ա. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետիազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնը փաստացի գերազանցել է իր պլանավորած տարեկան եկամուտի չափը, մինչդեռ պետության կողմից հատկացվող ֆինանսավորման գումարի չափը համապատասխանում է կազմակերպության կանխատեսվող գումարի չափին։Հետևաբար, պետության պարտավորությունը՝ կրկնապատկելու ֆինանսավորումը, դառնում է ոչ լիարժեք, քանի որ տվյալ կազմակերպությանը փաստացի հատկացվում է ավելի պակաս գումար, քան վերջինս ձևավորել է տարվա ընթացքում:
2024թվականից ֆինանսավորման նոր մոդելը պիլոտային տարբերակով ներդրվելու է «Հ. Թումանյանի անվան ազգային տիկնիկային թատրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ում, որը նույնպես գերազանցել է իր պլանավորած սեփական եկամուտների գումարի չափը։
Թատերահամերգային կազմակերպությունների տարեկան հաշվետվությունների ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց տվեց, որ 2025թվականից ֆինանսավորման նոր մոդելը պիլոտային տարբերակով հնարավոր է ներդնել նաև «Գ. Սունդուկյանի անվան ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոն»և «Երևանի կամերային պետական թատրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ներում՝ հաշվի առնելով վերջիններիս կողմից 2023 թվականին ձևավորած սեփական եկամուտների ցուցանիշները:
