Բելառուսն առաջադեմ զենքեր է մատակարարել Ադրբեջանին 2018-2022 թվականների ընթացքում

Ամերիկյան Politico պարբերականը հոդված է հրապարակել Բելառուսի կողմից 2018-2022 թվականների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանին առաջադեմ ռազմական տեխնիկայի մատակարարման մասին։ Պարբերականը, հղում անելով ռազմական մատակարարումների մասին արտահոսած գաղտնի փաստաթղթերին, գրել է, որ Բելառուսն առաջադեմ զենքեր է մատակարարել Ադրբեջանին, թեև Հայաստանի հետ Ռուսաստանի գլխավորած միջազգային դաշինքի (խմբ․ ՀԱՊԿ)անդամ է։
Պարբերականը նշում է, որ Բելառուսի կողմից Ադրբեջանին զենքի մատակարարումների մասին արտահոսած փաստաթղթերը լույս են սփռում ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու մասին Հայաստանից վերջին օրերին հնչող հայտարարությունների վրա։
Նշվում է, որ Բելառուսի կողմից 2018-ից 2022 թվականներին Ադրբեջանին առաջադեմ ռազմական տեխնիկայի մատակարարումները Բաքվին առավելություն են տվել իր վաղեմի հակառակորդի՝ Հայաստանի հետ պատերազմների ալիքում։
Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ արտահոսած փաստաթղթերի փաթեթը ցույց է տալիս, որ Բելառուսն ակտիվորեն աջակցել է Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերին 2018-2022 թվականներն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, երբ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև լարվածությունը հասել էր գագաթնակետին։
Politicon-ն նշում է, որ Բելառուսի կողմից Ադրբեջանին առաջարկվող ծառայությունները ներառել են ավելի հին հրետանային սարքավորումների արդիականացում և անօդաչու սարքերի համակարգերի համար օգտագործվող նոր սարքավորումների տրամադրում:
«Փաստաթղթերը ներառում են Բելառուսի զենքի արտահանման պետական գործակալության նամակները սեփական ռազմարդյունաբերական ընկերություններին, որոնք վերաբերում են Ադրբեջանի համար նորագույն հրետանու թիրախային սարքավորումների պատվերներին, ինչպես նաև երկու պետությունների նամակագրությունը, որոնցով համաձայնեցվել են «Գրոզա-Ս» շարժական հակաօդային սարքերի կայանների մատակարարումները»,- հայտնել է աղբյուրը։
Աղբյուրը հիշեցնում է, որ ադրբեջանական ուժերը ներխուժումներ են սկսել նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերին՝ գրավելով կարևոր ռազմավարական բարձունքներ, որից հետո Հայաստանն աջակցության համար դիմել է ՀԱՊԿ-ին, սակայն ավելի ուշ դաշինքին մեղադրել է իր պարտավորությունները չկատարելու մեջ։
