«Ահա և ամբողջ ժողովրդավարությունը». Զախարովան համեմատել է Հայաստանում և Վրաստանում ցույցերին ԱՄՆ-ի արձագանքները

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան թելեգրամյան ալիքում համեմատել է Հայաստանում և Վրաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատների հայտարարությունները՝ կապված երկու երկրում զանգվածային բողոքի ակցիաների հետ:
Զախարովան առաջարկել է զգալ հունիսի 13-ին Հայաստանի և մայիսի 2-ին Վրաստանի վերաբերյալ արված երկու հայտարարության միջև տարաբերություն:
«Մենք ցուցարարներին հորդորում ենք հավաքների ազատության իրենց իրավունքն իրացնել պատասխանատու կերպով՝ զերծ մնալով բռնություն դրսևորելուց։ Քաղաքական տարաձայնությունների լուծումն ապահովվում է ժողովրդավարական գործընթացների միջոցով։ Մենք նաև խրախուսում ենք իրավապահներին հասարակական կարգի պահպանումն իրականացնել քաղաքացիների խոսքի և հանրահավաքների ազատության իրավունքի ապահովմամբ և քննություն իրականացնել բոլոր այն միջադեպերով, որոնց ընթացքում տեղ են գտել ընթացակարգերի հնարավոր խախտումներ, այդ թվում՝ ցույցերը լուսաբանող լրագրողների հետ կապված»,-ասված է ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատն հայտարարության մեջ։
Մինչդեռ Վրաստանում ցույցերի առնչությամբ հայտարարությունում նշվում է.«Մենք կանգնած ենք Վրաստանի ժողովրդի կողքին՝ աջակցելով նրանց ձայնը լսելի լինելու նրանց իրավունքին։ Մենք դատապարտում ենք բռնությունը խաղաղ ցուցարարների, այդ թվում՝ ցույցերը լուսաբանող լրագրողների նկատմամբ։ Խաղաղ հավաքների և խոսքի ազատությունը ճնշելու համար ուժի կիրառումն անընդունելի է, և մենք կոչ ենք անում իշխանություններին թույլ տալ խաղաղ ցուցարարներին շարունակել օգտվել իրենց խոսքի ազատության իրավունքից»:
«Ահա և ամբողջ ժողովրդավարությունը. մի դեպքում Վաշինգտոնն իր դեսպանատան միջոցով հայտարարում է, որ հանրահավաքները պետք է անցկացվեն ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ և չի դատապարտում իշխանություններին դրանք ճնշելու համար, իսկ մյուս դեպքում՝ ակտիվորեն աջակցում է արևմտյան օտարերկրյա գործակալների կողմից կազմակերպած անկարգություններին: Սա հստակ պատկերն է «կանոնների վրա հիմնված աշխարհակարգի», որտեղ Միացյալ Նահանգները, ձեռքի շարժումով, տվյալ պահի հանգամանքներից ելնելով, փոխում է ցանկացած «կանոն»՝ իրեն հարմարեցնելու համար», - եզրակացրել է Զախարովան։
