Վարչախումբն ինքն է վնասում Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանությանը

Ինքնիշխանության մասին ճամարտակող վարչախումբը հենց ինքն է առաջին հերթին վնասում Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանությանը։
Փաշինյանական վարչախումբն իր պաշտոնավարման ողջ ընթացքում անընդհատ փորձել է տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանությունը նսեմացվում է Ռուսաստանի կողմից։ Ինքնիշխանություն բառն առիթ է դարձել վարչախմբի համար սեփական քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների հետ հաշիվներ մաքրելու, նրանց մեղադրելու ազդեցության գործակալ լինելու մեջ, մինչդեռ հենց իրենք իրենց գործադրած, կանխամտածված ջանքերով վնասում են Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանությանը՝ այն կախվածության մեջ դնելով Արևմուտքից։
ԱՄՆ փոխպետքարտուղար Ջեյմս Օ՚ Բրայենի այցը Հայաստան և պայմանավորվածությունները գործող իշխանությունների հետ հենց դրա վառ վկայությունն է։
«Ազատությանը» տված հարցազրույցում Օ՚Բրայենը հայտարարել է, թե նոր պահանջներ դնելու, հավելյալ բանակցություններ անցկացնելու գործելաոճը պետք է դադարեցվի, ժամանակն է, որ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը համաձայնության գան խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ։
«Իսկ ինչո՞ւ է ժամանակը»,- հարց է տալիս ինքը՝ Օ՚Բրայենը և ինքն էլ պատասխանում։
«Մեր կարծիքով սերնդի, կամ գուցե մի քանի սերնդի ընթացքում մեկ անգամ լինող հնարավորություն կա Կենտրոնական Ասիայից դեպի Միջերկրական ծով, առևտրային երթուղի կառուցելու համար։ Դա կարող է լինել միայն այն դեպքում, եթե խաղաղություն լինի Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև և դա կբացի ոչ միայն հիմնական առևտուրը, այլ նոր արդյունաբերություններն այդ երթուղու ողջ երկայնքով»։
Այս հաղորդուղիների բացմամբ եվրոպական և արևմտյան ազդեցության տակ գտնվելու հանգամանքով, բնականաբար շահագրգիռ կողմը միայն ԱՄՆ-ը չէ։ Երևանում երեկ տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում գործընկերության կոմիտեի 5-րդ հանդիպումը։
Կոմիտեն վերանայել է մի շարք դրույթներ, ինչպես նաև ողջունել «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախաձեռնությունը՝ միտված տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հաստատմանը և հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը և իր աջակցությունն է հայտնել տարածաշրջանային տրանսպորտային ուղիների բացմանը։
Հատկապես վերջին օրերին հաղորդուղիների բացման պահանջով, Արևմուտքն ավելի ակտիվացել է, նույն այդ ընթացքում էլ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Փաշինյանը, ով մշտապես հայտարարում էր, թե հաղորդուղիները պետք է գտնվեն Հայաստանի իրավազորության ներքո և հրաժարվում էր կատարել եռակողմ հայտարարության 9-րդ կետը, այժմ էլ որոշում է կայացրել հաղորդուղիների վերահսկումն ու բեռների տեղափոխումն Ադրբեջանից Նախիջևան պատվիրակել արևմտյան մի ընկերության, որն էլ վերահսկելու է այսպես կոչված միջանցքը։
