Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձել է ՀԱՊԿ–ից դուրս գալու հավանականությանը:
Փաշինյանն այս մասին խոսեց ԱԺ–ում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանին:
ՀԱՊԿ–ի պայմանագրային պարտավորությունները չկատարելու վերաբերյալ արձանագրումների ընթացքում վարչապետն ասաց. «Դաշինքի անդամները, պարզվեց, որ ոչ թե իրենց պայմանագրային պարտավորություններն են կատարում, այլ գնացել, Ադրբեջանի հետ պլանավորում են մեր դեմ պատերազմը»:
Արձագանքելով դահլիճից ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների արձագանքներին՝ Փաշինյանը շեշտեց. «Դուրս կգանք: Մենք կորոշենք, թե երբ դուրս գալ: Ասում ենք, այդ ասելիքի պակա՞ս է եղել: Ձեր կարծիքով հաջորդ քայլը ո՞րն է, կարո՞ղ է հետ գնանք, ուրիշ ճանապարհ չկա»:
Անդրադառնալով ընդդիմադիրների կողմից հնչող հարցին, թե ուր են գնում՝ վարչապետն ասաց. «Գնում ենք դեպի իրական Հայաստան, Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն՝ ինքնիշխան, անվտանգ, խաղաղ, սահմանազատված սահմաններով պետություն: Իսկ այնտեղ, մի անհանգստացեք, հետ չենք գնա: Ուղղակի չենք ասում շուտ, որ ձեր տրամադրությունը հանկարծ չընկնի»:
