Պաղեստինյան ՀԱՄԱՍ խմբավորումը հայտարարել է, որ պատասխան է ուղարկել Գազայում հրադադարի մասին ԱՄՆ-ի ներկայացրած ծրագրին: Այն առաջարկել է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը և հաստատվել է ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդում: Փաստաթղթով պահանջվում է վեցշաբաթյա հրադադար, որի ընթացքում պետք է ազատ արձակվեն իսրայելցի պատանդները ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի գերությունից և պաղեստինցի բանտարկյալները՝ իսրայելական բանտերից։

Առաջին փուլի հաջողությունից հետո իսրայելական զորքը լրիվ դուրս է բերվելու Գազայի հատվածից, ռազմական գործողությունները մշտապես դադարեցվելու են տարածաշրջանում, ավարտվելու է պատանդների և բանտարկյալների ազատ արձակման գործընթացը: Վերջում մեկնարկելու է Գազայի հատվածի վերականգնման ծրագիրը՝ ԱՄՆ-ի և միջազգային հանրության աջակցությամբ:

Պատասխան հայտարարության մեջ ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը և պաղեստինյան «Իսլամական ջիհադի» դաշնակիցները հայտնել են համաձայնության հասնելու իրենց պատրաստակամությունը։ Միաժամանակ նրանք կոչ են արել «ամբողջովին դադարեցնել» մարտերը Գազայում:

Ըստ իսրայելական ԶԼՄ-ների՝ պաղեստինյան կողմը պահանջում է փոխել Գազայի հատվածից իսրայելական զորքերի դուրսբերման և պաղեստինյան ուժերի կողմից պահվող պատանդների ազատ արձակման ժամանակացույցը:

Սպիտակ տան ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի խոսնակ Ջոն Քիրբին ասել է, որ Վաշինգտոնն ուսումնասիրում է ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի արձագանքն ու առաջարկները:
