Իսրայելի անանուն պաշտոնյան Reuters-ին հայտնել է, որ պաղեստինյան ՀԱՄԱՍ շարժումը մերժել է պատանդներին ազատ արձակելու առաջարկը։ Այս առաջարկը Գազայի հատվածում հրադադարի հաստատման վերաբերյալ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի ծրագրի մի մասն էր, որն ընդունվել էր հունիսի 11-ի գիշերը ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի կողմից։
«Այսօր երեկոյան Իսրայելը միջնորդի միջոցով պատասխան է ստացել ՀԱՄԱՍ-ից։ Իր պատասխանում ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը մերժել է պատանդներին ազատ արձակելու առաջարկը, որը ներկայացրել է նախագահ Բայդենը։ Նրանք փոխել են բոլոր հիմնական և կարևորագույն պարամետրերը»,- ասել է գործակալության զրուցակիցը, որը ցանկացել է անանուն մնալ։
Մինչդեռ ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի պաշտոնյան, որը ևս հրաժարվել է ներկայանալ, Reuters-ին ասել է, որ պատասխանը վերահաստատում է շարժման այն դիրքորոշումը, որ հրադադարը պետք է հանգեցնի Գազայում ռազմական գործողությունների մշտական դադարեցմանը, իսրայելական ուժերի դուրսբերմանը, պաղեստինյան անկլավի վերականգնմանը և Իսրայելում պաղեստինցի գերիների ազատմանը:
«Մենք կրկնել ենք մեր նախկին դիրքորոշումը: Կարծում եմ, որ մեծ բացեր չկան: Գնդակն այժմ Իսրայելի դաշտում է», - ասել է ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի աղբյուրը:
Ավելի վաղ ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը հայտարարություն էր տարածել՝ ողջունելով ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի ընդունած բանաձևը։ Հունիսի 10-ին ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդն ընդունել է ԱՄՆ-ի ներկայացրած բանաձևը՝ Գազայի հատվածում հրադադարի հաստատման փուլային ծրագրի վերաբերյալ։ Բանաձևին կողմ է քվեարկել 15 երկրից 14-ը։ Բանաձևը կոչ է անում դադարեցնել կրակը, ազատ արձակել ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի մոտ պահվող պատանդներին և Իսրայելի բանակը դուրս բերել անկլավից։ Այն նաև մերժում է Գազայի ժողովրդագրական կամ տարածքային փոփոխությունները:
