19-ամյա երիտասարդը մահացել է

Քննություն է իրականացվում՝ հունիսի 10-ին Երևան քաղաքի Մաշտոցի պողոտայում տեղի ունեցած դանակահարության մեկ այլ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
2024 թվականի հունիսի 10-ին՝ ժամը 02:14-ին, ապա 02:35-ին, ահազանգեր են ստացվել այն մասին, որ կտրած–ծակած վերքերով շտապ օգնության խմբի կողմից «Հերացի» թիվ 1 հիվանդանոցային համալիր և «էրեբունի» ԲԿ են տեղափոխվել Արմնավիրի մարզի 19–ամյա և Գեղարքունիքի մարզի 24–ամյա բնակիչներ, որոնցից մեկը՝ 19–ամյա երիտասարդը, գտնվում է ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում։ Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 02:50-ին, հիվանդանոցային համալիրից ստացված հաղորդման համաձայն՝ մոտ ժամը 02:20-ին գրանցվել է վերջինիս կենսաբանական մահը։
Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Պարզվել է, հունիսի 10-ին՝ ժամը 01:10-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Մաշտոցի պողոտա 42 հասցեի մոտ մի խումբ անձինք, բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով հասարակության հանդեպ, վիճաբանել են միմյանց հետ, բարձրաձայն հնչեցրել սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ, որի ընթացքում վիճաբանության մասնակիցներից մեկն իր մոտ գտնվող կտրող-ծակող առարկայով հարվածներ է հասցրել վիճաբանության մյուս մասնակիցներին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել են արնանման հետքեր և այլ իրեր, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ։
Ստացվել են դեպքի վայրը և դեպքը տեսանկարահանող երկու սարքերի տեսագրություններ և զննվել։
Կատարված քննչական և վարութային այլ գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունը կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 2000թ․։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ վերջինիս հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ։
Երեկ՝ հունիսի 10-ին հայտնել էինք, որ Երևանի Մաշտոցի պողոտայում մարդիկ են դանակահարվել, 2 անձանցից մեկը մահացել էր, մյուսը գտնվում էր հիվանդանոցում։
Նշենք՝ Սարյան փողոցում անցած օրերին անցկացվում էր «Գինու փառատոն»։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ գիշերը ժամը 01:10-ի սահմաններում, Մաշտոցի պողոտա 43 հասցեի մոտ մի խումբ անձինք, բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով հասարակության նկատմամբ, վիճաբանել են միմյանց հետ, հնչեցրել հայհոյանքներ, որի ժամանակ էլ վիճաբանության մասնակիցներից մեկը իր մոտ եղած սուր, կտրող-ծակող առարկայով հարվածներ է հասցրել վիճաբանության մյուս մասնակիցներին, որոնց պատճառել է մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
