Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը երեկ հանկարծակի մեկնել է Թուրքիա՝ հանդիպելու Ռեջեփ Թայիբ Էրդողանի հետ։ Երկու երկրների նախագահներն առանձնազրույց են ունեցել, ապա միասին ճաշել։

Հանդիպումից հետո թուրքական կողմի տարածած հաղորդագրությունը չափազանց ուշագրավ ենթաշերտեր ունի։ Մասնավորապես, Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, թե Թուրքիան հետևում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերի հեռանալու գործընթացին, նաև օկուպացված տարածքներում շինարարական աշխատանքներին։

Էրդողանի այս հայտարարությունն ուղղված է ռուսական կողմի վերջին շրջանի ակտիվությանը։ Ռուսաստանի մի շարք բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ հայտարարել են, թե ցանկանում են օկուպացված Ստեփանակերտում Ռուսաստանի գլխավոր հյուպատոսություն բացել։ Ռուս-թուրքական մոնիթորինգային կենտրոնի փակումից հետո, Թուրքիան բոլորովին չի ցանկանում տարածաշրջանում Ռուսաստանի դերի ավելացում, առավել ևս հայաթափված Ստեփանակերտում Ռուսաստանի գլխավոր հյուպատոսություն հիմնելը։

Դրան դեմ են նաև Բաքվում, բայց  թերևս, Էրդողանը ենթադրում է, որ Ալիևն ինքն է ռուսներին հրավիրում Uտեփանակերտ, Թուրքիայի ազդեցության աճը կանգնեցնելու համար։ Եվ, ըստ երևույթին, Ալիևին անձամբ կանչել է Անկարա, նրան իր կոշտ գնահատականները ներկայացնելու։

Հենց երեկ տեղի է ունեցել նաև Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների՝ Հաքան Ֆիդանի և Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հեռախոսազրույցը։ Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության՝ քննարկել են Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի միջև դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների տարբեր ասպեկտներ, անդրադարձել են նաև տարածաշրջանային այցերին։

Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարն այս օրերին Ռուսատանում է, հանդիպել է Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Սերգեյ Շոյգուին, արտաքին հետախուզության տնօրեն՝ Սերգեյ Նարիժկինին։ Հանդիպում է նախատեսված նաև Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ։

Այս ամենը վկայում է, որ Թուրքիան քայլեր է ձեռնարկում Հարավային Կովկասում Ռուսաստանի ազդեցությունը նվազեցնելու ուղղությամբ։
