Երևանում վերջին օրերին տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները, քաղաքական վիճակի կտրուկ սրումը, ինչպես նաև «Սրբազան շարժման» և նրա առաջնորդ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանի գործողություններն իրական հնարավորություն են ստեղծել երկրում իշխանափոխություն իրականացնելու։

Կհաջողվի՞ ավարտին հասցնել այդ գործընթացը, Հայաստանն ազատել Փաշինյանի և նրա իշխանության ճիրաններից, չափազանց բարդ է ասել՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ գործող իշխանությունները չեն խորշում ամենակեղտոտ քայլերից, ոստիկանական բռնություններով, մահակներով, նաև պատգամավոր գողանալով, փորձում են կասեցնել ընդդիմության հաղթարշավը։

Նախօրեին տեղի ունեցած հանրահավաքում Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը 96 ժամ է տվել երկրում իրավիճակը բեկելու, փաշինյանական վարչախմբին հեռացնելու համար, նշել, որ Ազգային ժողովը և հատկապես դրա ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորը պետք է միասին որոշում կայացնեն Փաշինյանին հեռացնելու, նոր կառավարություն նշանակելու մասին։

Ընդդիմությունը երեկ միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Ազգային ժողովին՝ հայտարարություն ընդունելու և կառավարությանը կոչ անելու հրաժարական տալ։ Ազգային ժողովի խորհուրդը մերժել է ընդդիմության առաջարկը, բայց, քանի որ արտահերթ նիստ գումարելու առաջարկով հանդես է եկել անհրաժեշտ թվից ավելի՝ 33 պատգամավորներ, հունիսի 17-ին արտահերթ նիստ է գումարվելու, որտեղ քննարկելու են այդ հայտարարությունը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ դա առանձնապես մեծ իրավական հետևանքներ ունենալ չի կարող, ընդդդիմությանն առայժմ չի հաջողվում հավաքել անհրաժեշտ 36 ստորագրությունները և վարչապետի թեկնածու ներկայացնել Բագրատ Սրբազանին, ինչպես նաև Ազգային ժողովի նիստ հրավիրել, պատճառն այն է, որ փաշինյանական վարչախմբին հաջողվել է ընդդիմությունից առնվազն մեկ պատգամավորի լոյալությունը գնել։

Ցանկացած իրավիճակում Հայաստանում ներքաղաքական վիճակն այնքան է սրվել, որ նույնիսկ, եթե Բագրատ Սրբազանի առաջնորդած շարժումը հաջողություն չգրանցի, Փաշինյանի դիրքերն այնքան են խարխլված, որ նրան չի հաջողվելու երկար ժամանակ պահպանել իր իշխանությունը։ Եվ սա պետք է առաջին հերթին հասկանան հենց ուժային և իրավապահ կառույցներում աշխատող մարդիկ, որոնք էլ հենց անմիջականորեն իրենք են շփվում հանրության հետ, թուքումուր և անեծք ստանում դավաճանական իշխանություններին պաշտպանելու համար։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը, մի քանի անգամ դիմելով ուժային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին, բանակի սպաներին, կոչ էր արել ի վերջո գիտակցել պահի լրջությունը և անցնել ժողովրդի կողմը ապօրինի հրամաններ կատարելու փոխարեն։

Արդյունքում Փաշինյանը կարողացել է գնել շատերի լոյալությունը, որին կոչման ու պաշտոնի, որին պարգևավճարի դիմաց, բայց դա մեծ հաշվով որևէ կերպ չի ամրապնդում գործող վարչախմբի դիրքերը, ընդհակառակը, ավելի է թուլացնում, ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանը վերածվել է ոստիկանական բռնապետության, իսկ ռեսուրսներ չունեցող ոստիկանապետությունն ի վիճակի չէ երկար դիմադրել հանրային լայն ճնշմանը։
