«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Dzen.ru-ն «Ո՞ւմ հաշվին է այսօր ապրում Հայաստանը, և որքա՞ն կտևի դա առանց ռուսական փողերի» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանից կամաց-կամաց «հեռանում է» դեպի Արևմուտք։ Փաշինյանը, հավատալով Արևմուտքի խոստումներին, որի հիմնական նպատակը Ռուսաստանի և ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ Հայաստանի հարաբերությունների խզումն է, գրեթե չի թաքցնում իր հակառուսական ուղղվածությունը։ Բայց հարց է, թե Հայաստանը ինչքա՞ն կարող է դիմանալ առանց ռուսական փողերի։ Հայաստանի արդյունաբերությունը կփլուզվի առանց ռուսական էներգառեսուրսների, նման ամպագոռգոռ հայտարարություն է արել ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախկին նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը։ Նա կարծում է, որ եթե Երևանը խզի Մոսկվայի հետ հարաբերությունները, մի քանի ամսից կսնանկանա, քանի որ հանրապետությունը չի կարողանա թանկարժեք ամերիկյան գազ գնել։

Այսօր Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին գազ է վաճառում հազար խորանարդ մետրը 165 դոլարով, իսկ ԱՄՆ-ը Եվրոպային գազը վաճառում է 380 դոլարով։ Մեկ այլ ասպեկտ, որի վրա հիմնված է Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեծ մասը, զբոսաշրջությունն է։ Միայն անցյալ տարի զբոսաշրջությամբ Հայաստանի բյուջեն համալրվել է 2 մլրդ դոլարով։ Այդ գումարի առնվազն կեսը Երևան են բերել ռուս զբոսաշրջիկները։ Ինչպես նշել է փորձագետ Մարինա Գալասը, ռուս զբոսաշրջիկները կազմում են Հայաստան այցելած բոլոր զբոսաշրջիկների 50 %-ը։ Երևանը նաև ոչ պակաս վաստակում է Ռուսաստանի հետ առևտրով: Այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում Հայաստանի արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառությունը կազմել է 9,2 մլրդ դոլար, ինչը 4,8 մլրդ դոլարով ավելի է, քան 2023 թվականին: Մոսկվան շարունակում է մնալ Երևանի ամենամեծ առևտրային գործընկերը։

Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ Փաշինյանի կողմից այդքան սիրելի Ամերիկայի հետ Հայաստանի ապրանքաշրջանառությունը կազմում է ընդամենը 144 միլիոն դոլար։ Ռուսաստանին բաժին է ընկնում հայկական ապրանքների արտահանման 27 %-ը, ներմուծման՝ 34 %-ը։ Ընդ որում, ներմուծման կեսից ավելին գյուղատնտեսության և սննդի արդյունաբերության արտադրանքն է, իսկ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին հումք է մատակարարում: Արդյո՞ք արևմտյան երկրները Հայաստանից կգնեն բանջարեղեն, միրգ և հյութեր, իսկ դրա դիմաց զեղչով էներգառեսուրսներ կվաճառեն, ինչպես դա անում է Ռուսաստանը։ Մինչ Երևանը հռետորական հարցերի պատասխաններ է փնտրում, ամերիկացի տնտեսագետները հիասթափեցնող եզրակացություններ են անում. «Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը առանց ռուսական շուկայի ծանր ճգնաժամի մեջ կարող է գոյատևել ուղիղ մեկ տարի՝ նախքան խեղդվելը»:

Այսինքն, եթե Հայաստանը չդադարեցնի իր հակառուսական քաղաքականությունը, կվերածվի աղքատ, ոչ պիտանի երկրի։ Այս դեպքում ինչի՞ վրա է հույսը դնում Հայաստանը՝ ներգրավվելով հակառուսական արշավի մեջ։ Արևմուտքը, որը գիտի, թե ինչպես դա անել, Հայաստանին խոստանում է և՛ վարկեր, և՛ իրացման շուկաներ։ Սակայն հարևան Վրաստանի, ինչպես նաև Ուկրաինայի փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ այդ կախվածությունը և՛ նվաստացուցիչ է, և՛ արյունալի, և որ Արևմուտքը չի պատրաստվում էժան ռեսուրսներ մատակարարել, բացի դա, չգիտի՝ սեփական գյուղմթերքն ինչ անել:
