Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը գրում է. «Փաշինյանի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարն ԱԺ-ում անդրադառնալով սահմանների դելիմիտացիայի թեմային, բավականին վտանգավոր հայտարարություն է արել:

Վերջինս անդրադառնալով այն հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք ըմբռնում կա, որ Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան ողջ սահմանն է ճշգրտվելու նախապես հայտարարված 1976 թվականի քարտեզներով, թե այս պահին համաձայնությունը միայն Տավուշի մասով է, նշել է, որ 1976 թ-ի քարտեզը այս պահին ֆիքսված է միայն այս հատվածի սահմանազատման համար, հաջորդ հատվածների համար քննարկվում է։

Հիմա արդեն առավել քան պարզ է, թե ինչու էր իշխանությունը դելիմիտացիայի տրամաբանությանը դեմ գնում և առանց ողջ սահմանի մասին համաձայնության տեղային սահմանային ճշգրտումներ սկսում:

Իհարկե խիստ չափազանցություն է այս գործընթացին սահմանային ճշգրտում անվանելը, սակայն սա գալիս է հաստատելու այն մտահոգությունը, որ Ադրբեջանը կոնկրետ գյուղերի մասով պահանջ է ներկայացրել, իսկ ՀՀ իշխանությունը դրանք միակողմանի զիջել է:

Երկրորդ, ստացվում է, որ Ադրբեջանը դելիմիտացիայի գործընթացին մոտենում է ընտրողաբար և սահմանային տարբեր ուղղությունների մասով տարբերակված մոտեցում է ցուցաբերում` ըստ իր առաջնահերթությունների:

Երրորդ, իմ մոտ առավել ամրապնդվում է այն համոզմունքը, որ Ադրբեջանն ունի կոնկրետ տարածքային պահանջներ և դրանց` փաշինյանական իշխանության բավարարումից հետո, գործընթացը տապալելու է:

Հետևանքն այն է լինելու, որ Ադրբեջանը դելիմիտացիա/դեմարկացիայի անվան տակ խաղաղ ճանապարհով զիջումներ է կորզելու, սակայն դրանով ոչ միայն ՀՀ-ի անվտանգությունն ու կենսունակությունն է խիստ խոցելի դառնալու, այլ պատերազմի թեման բաց է մնալու կամ փոխանցվելու է հաջորդ սերունդներին»:
