Ադրբեջանում դատեցին հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանը հատած չեխին

Հայաստանի տարածքից Ադրբեջանի տարածք մուտք գործելու փորձ կատարած Չեխիայի քաղաքացի Բաչա Դանիել Վլադիմիրի գործով դատավարությունն ավարտվել է։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները՝ նշելով, որ Շիրվանի վերաքննիչ դատարանն այսօր ընթերցել է օտարերկրացուն դատավճիռը: Այդպիսով, չեխը դատապարտվել է ազատազրկման՝ 1 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2024 թվականի փետրվարի 3-ին ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները հաղորդագրություն էին տարածել այն մասին, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանը հատելու պահին ադրբեջանցի զինվորականները ձերբակալել են Չեխիայի քաղաքացու։ Ավելի ուշ, լուրը հաստատեց նաև Չեխիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը։ Հայկական կողմը, այդ թվում՝ ԱԱԾ-ն և ՊՆ-ն, այդպես էլ չմեկնաբանեցին տեղեկությունը։ Մինչ օրս անհայտ է, թե ինչ հանգամանքներում է Չեխիայի քաղաքացին հայտնվել ադրբեջանական տարածքում։
Ավելի վաղ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները տարակուսանք էին հայտնում, թե ինչպես է տվյալ անձը ականապատ դաշտով անվնաս հատել սահմանը։ Իսկ Caliber.az-ը, որը մոտ է կանգնած այդ երկրի պաշտպանության նախարարությանը, հավելել էր, թե Չեխիայի քաղաքացին կարող է կապ ունենալ արևմտյան հետախուզական ծառայությունների կամ Հայաստանում Եվրոպական միության դիտորդական առաքելության հետ։
Մինչդեռ ՀՀ-ում Չեխիայի դեսպանն «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի հետ զրույցում հերքել էր, թե դեպքն առնչություն ունի Հայաստանում Եվրամիության դիտորդական առաքելության որևէ անդամի հետ՝ դա համարելով «ֆեյք» լուր։
