Հրդեհված գազալցակայանում եղել 3 հեղուկ գազի, 1 դիզելի և 1 բենզինի ցիստեռներից արտահոսք. նոր մանրամասներ (տեսանյութ)

Հունիսի 6-ին, ժամը 23.14-ին, ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայության ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն, Կոտայքի մարզային ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն ստացվել են բազմաթիվ ահազանգեր, նաև աշխատել է «ՍՕՍ ՍԻՍԹԵՄՍ» հակահրդեհային ազդարարման համակարգը. Երևան-Սևան ճանապարհին գտնվող գազալցակայանում տեղի էր ունեցել պայթյուն, բռնկվել էր հրդեհ։
Դեպքի վայր են մեկնել 4 մարտական հաշվարկ, Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի, Փրկարարական ուժերի և Բժշկական ապահովման վարչությունների մեկական օպերատիվ և հերթապահ խմբեր։
Հրդեհի բարդությունից ելնելով՝ տեղում հայտարարվել է հրդեհի «Թիվ 3» կանչ։
Հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներին ներգրավվել են 13 մարտական հաշվարկ, 4 օպերատիվ խումբ, 1 փրկարարական ջոկատ և համայնքային 12 ջրատար, որոնցից 5-ը՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանից, 3-ը՝ Աբովյան համայնքից, 1-ական՝ Նոր Հաճն և Ակունք համայնքներից, և Բալահովիտ համայնքի բնակչի 2 ջրատար։
Հրդեհաշիջման ղեկավարումը ստանձել է Փրկարարական ուժերի վարչության պետ, փ/ծ գնդապետ Ա. Գևորգյանը։
Ըստ նախնական տվյալների՝ Երևան-Սևան մայրուղու 6/1 հասցեում գտնվող «Գազօիլ» ՍՊԸ-ի գազաբենզալցակայանում տեղի է ունեցել հեղուկ գազի ցիստեռնի (37 տ) պայթյուն՝ հրդեհի բռնկումով:
Գազալցակայանի տարածքում տեղի է ունեցել 3 հեղուկ գազի (յուրաքանչյուրը՝ 37 տ), 1 դիզելի (8 տ) և 1 բենզինի (12 տ) ցիստեռներից արտահոսք՝ հրդեհի բռնկումով:
Այրվել են «Mercedes» և «Opel» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներն ամբողջությամբ, կցորդիչով բեռնատարի վարորդի խցիկը՝ ամբողջությամբ, «Zil» մակնիշի բեռնատարի ցիստեռնը, մեկ այլ գազի ավտոցիստեռնի վարորդի խցիկը՝ ամբողջությամբ, ջերմահարվել է «BMW» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ձախակողմյան հատվածը:
Այրվել են լցակայանի տանիքի կառուցատարրերը (մոտ 120 քառ/մ), պատուհաններն ու դռները, վնասվել են մոտակայքում գտնվող սառնարանները, այրվել է վարչական շենքի տանիքը (մոտ 150 քառ/մ), վնասվել է գույքը, հարակից շինանյութի պահեստի հետնամասում գտնվող տարածքում այրվել են մոտ 40 քառ/մ կուտակված թափոններ։
Պայթյունի և հրդեհի հետևանքով տուժել է 7 քաղաքացի, որոնցից 1-ը, «Աբովյան» ԲԿ-ում ստանալով համապատասխան բուժօգնություն, դուրս է գրվել, իսկ 6-ը գտնվում են «Այվածքաբանության և մաշկաբանության ազգային կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ում։
Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի 16-18-րդ կմ հատվածը ժամանակավորապես երկկողմանի փակվել է։
Ընդհանուր աշխատանքների ղեկավարումն իրականացրել է ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն-ներքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ, փ/ծ գեներալ-մայոր Կամո Ցուցուլյանը: Դեպքի վայրում են եղել նաև Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալները, պաշտոնատար այլ անձինք։
Հունիսի 7-ի ժամը 8.51-ի դրությամբ բոլոր ռեզերվուարներից դադարեցվել է արտահոսքը։
Տեղում հերթապահում է Փրկարար ծառայության երեք մարտական հաշվարկ՝ պարբերաբար իրականացնելով հովացման և սառեցման աշխատանքներ։
Ժամը 10.00-ի դրությամբ Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի երթևեկությունն ամբողջությամբ վերականգնվել է։
