Քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչ, «Համախմբում» շարժման խորհրդի անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Անցած մի քանի օրերին, Բաքվի բռնապետը, ՀՀ կամակատար իշխանությունների և նրան ծառայող ոստիկանական ուժերի միջոցով Կիրանցը գրավելուց հետո, անցավ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ նոր լկտի պահանջների առաջադրման։ Մասնավորապես, նա հետևյալ պահանջներն առաջադրեց՝
ա) ներողություն խնդրել մտածածին "Խոջալուի ցեղասպանության" համար (հիշեցնենք, որ նախկին Խոջալուի խաղաղ բնակիչների մեծ մասը զոհվել էր Աղդամի շրջանի տարածքում, սեփական հրոսակների կրակից, որոնք դա արել էին՝ այդ պահին Ադրբեջանի գործող նախագահ Մութալիբովին վարկաբեկելու և իշխանազրկելու համար);
բ) Հայաստանին Ադրբեջանի հետ համատեղ դիմել ԵԱՀԿ՝ Արցախի հարցով զբաղվող Մինսկի խումբը պաշտոնապես լուծարելու, և դրանով Արցախի հարցը միջազգային հարթակներում վերջնականորեն թաղելու նպատակով (թեև նույնիսկ Արցախի հայաթափումից հետո Արցախ հայ բնակչության վերադարձի և նրա իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցը շարունակում է ակտուալ մնալ, և Հայաստանի ցանկացած հաջորդ իշխպանություն դրան հետամուտ է լինելու)։
գ) փոխել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրությունը, նրանից հանել հղումը ՀՀ Անկախության հռչակագրի վրա՝ որպես նախապայման "խաղաղության պայմանագիր" կնքելու համար: Սա առավել լկտի պահանջ է, ուղիղ միջամտություն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներքին գործերին, և փորձ այնպիսի անընդունելի պահանջներ առաջադրել, որոնք անհնար են դարձնում նույն այդ "խաղաղության պայմանագրի" կնքումը տեսանելի հեռանկարում։
Ակնհայտ է, որ իրեն հատուկ նենգ ոճով գործելով, և Հայաստանի կամակատար վարչախմբից ստանալով հերթական միակողմանի զիջումները Տավուշում, Ադրբեջանի բռնապետը միայն մեծացնում է իր ախորժակը, հստակ ցույց տալով, որ իր նպատակը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վերջնական ոչնչացումն է որպես հայկական ազգային պետություն, և դրանով ապագայում իր ընտանիքի բռնապետական իշխանության համար ցանկացած հնարավոր ռիկսերի բացառումը։
Դրանում նրան օժանդակում է Հայաստանի կամակատար վարչախումբը, որն ամեն անգամ Ադրբեջանի բռնապետի հերթական պահանջները փաթեթավորում է որպես "իրավաչափ և միջազգային հանրության համար ըմբռնելի", սպառնում է ժողովրդին պատերազմով դրանք չընդունելու դեպքում, ուժային կառույցներում ապաստանած իր կամակատարներին պարգևավճաերներ, կոչումներ և պաշտոններ է բաժանում դրանք կատարելու համար, հնարավոր և անհնար բոլոր միջոցներով փորձում է մարել հանրային բողոքի հուժկու ալիքը և բռնաճնշումներով ահաբեկել շարժման մասնակիցներին։
Այս իրավիճակում մեզ մի բան է մնում՝ գիտակցել, որ գործող վարչախմբի յուրաքանչյուր օր շարուանկում է Հայաստանի համար նորանոր կորուստների բերել, հնարավորինս արդյունավետ կազմակերպել մեր պայքարը ծավալվող շարժման շրջանակներում, և հնարավոր բոլոր խելամիտ միջոցներով հասնել գործող վարչախմբի հեռացմանը իշխանությունից, հանրային վստահություն վայելող նոր իշխանությունների ձևավորմանը, և դրանով Հայաստանը պարտադրված վերջնական կապիտուլացիայի սրի տակից դուրս բերելուն։
