Ադրբեջանը ցեղասպան պետություն է․ Լեմկինի ինստիտուտը կոչով դիմել է ՄԱԿ-ին

Ցեղասպանությունների կանխարգելման Լեմկինի անվան ինստիտուտը ՄԱԿ-ին կոչ է անում դադարեցնել Ադրբեջանին աջակցությունը ՄԱԿ–ի կլիմայի փոփոխության 29-րդ համաժողովի (COP 29) անցկացման հարցում։
«Ադրբեջանը ցեղասպան պետություն է, որը ղեկավարվում է այն նախագահի կողմից, որը պարբերաբար արտահայտում է հայերի նկատմամբ ցեղասպանության գաղափարախոսությունը։ Այդ թվում` նրանց անվանում է շներ, շնագայլեր և ահաբեկիչներ։ Ներկայում Ադրբեջանն անօրինական կերպով պահում է շուրջ 300 հայի և հրաժարվում է ազատ արձակել նրանց, այդ թվում՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության (Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի) ընտրված իշխանության 8 անդամին»,- ասված է հաղորդագրությունում:
Հաղորդագրությունում նշվում է նաև, որ որոշ ձերբակալվածներ ենթարկվել են խոշտանգումների, ու միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է մերժի ցեղասպանության և դրա գաղափարախոսության կարգավորումը և դադարեցնի աջակցությունը Ադրբեջանին՝ որպես COP29 համաժողովն ընդունող երկրի:
Հիշեցնենք` այս տարվա նոյեմբերին Բաքվում նախատեսված է ՄԱԿ–ի կլիմայի փոփոխության (COP) 29-րդ համաժողովը։ Նախնական պայմանավորվածության համաձայն` համաժողովը պետք է հյուրընկալեր Հայաստանը։
Բայց 2023թ. տարեվերջին Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների աշխատակազմերը հայտարարություն հրապարակեցին, որտեղ ասվում էր, որ համաժողովն անցկացնելու հայտը Երևանը զիջում է Բաքվին։ Նույն պայմանավորվածության համաձայն` Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին վերադարձրեց 32 հայ ռազմագերիների, իսկ Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանին` ադրբեջանցի 2 սահմանախախտների, որոնցից մեկը մեղադրվում էր Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի պահակին սպանելու համար։
Հավելենք, որ 2024 թվականին ՄԱԿ-ի Կլիմայի փոփոխության համաժողովը (COP 29) Բաքվում կնախագահի Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության էկոլոգիայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարն է և SOCAR-ի՝ Ադրբեջանի ազգային նավթային ընկերության նախկին փոխնախագահ Մուխթար Բաբաևը։
