Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ չէր նավթային եկամուտների նման նվազմանը. Ալիեւ

 Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը Դավոսում հայտարարել է, որ «հետնավթային» ժամանակաշրջանին սպասում էր 20 տարի հետո:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Դավոսում CNN հեռուստաալիքի աշխատակից Ջոն Դեֆտերիոսի հեղինակությամբ էներգետիկ ճգնաժամին նվիրված հաղորդման ժամանակ ունեցած ելույթում Ալիեւը խոստովանել է, որ իրենք պատրաստ չեն եղել նավթային եկամուտների նման կտրուկ նվազմանը:

«Մենք «հետնավթային» ժամանակաշրջանին սպասում էինք ոչ թե այժմ, այլ 20 տարի հետո: Նավթի գների շարունակական անկումը հոգեբանորեն խիստ ճնշող է», -նշել է նա եւ հույս հայտնել, որ իրենց կհաջողվի հաղթահարել ստեղծված բարդ իրավիճակը:

Ալիեւը նաեւ խոստովանել է, որ ազգային արժույթի` մանաթի փոխարժեքը արհեստականորեն բարձր է պահվել, եւ երբ այն գրեթե երկու անգամ արժեզրկվել է, «մարդիկ դրան պատրաստ չեն եղել»:

Ըստ «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի` նավթի գնի ապագայի հետ կապված Ալիեւը հույս է հայտնել, որ տարվա երկրորդ կեսից այն կսկսի բարձրանալ եւ 2017 թվականին կկազմի 60-70 դոլար:

Ադրբեջանական մանաթը ԱՄՆ դոլարի նկատմամբ վերջին մեկ տարում գրեթե 100 տոկոսով արժեզրկվել է: Ադրբեջանում բոլոր բնագավառներում թանկացումներ են սկսվել: Վերջին օրերին Ադրբեջանի ամբողջ տարածքում թանկացումների դեմ բողոքի ակցիաներ են սկսվել:

Financial Times թերթը գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանի արտահանման 95 տոկոսից ավելին կազմում են գազը, նավթն ու նավթամթերքները, իսկ երկրի պետբյուջեն 75 տոկոսով ձեւավորվում է էներգակիրների արտահանումից ստացվող եկամուտների հաշվին, ՀՆԱ-ի 40 տոկոսը կազմում է նավթը: 

Ադրբեջանի 2016 թվականի պետբյուջեում նավթի գինը մեկ բարելի համար նախատեսված է 50 դոլար: Ներկայում այն արդեն պետբյուջեում նախատեսվածից մոտ 20 դոլարով ցածր է: Ներկայում Բաքվի «սեւ շուկայում» ամերիկյան մեկ դոլարը գնվում է 2 մանաթով, իսկ որոշ տվյալներով` 3-4 մանաթով:
