Ռուսաստանն արձանագրում է Հայաստանի գործող վարչախմբի վախերը։ ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը «ՏԱՍՍ» գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանը դադարել է հետաքրքրություն ցուցաբերել Ռուսաստանի հետ շփումների նկատմամբ՝ արտաքին գործերի և պաշտպանության նախարարությունների ուղղություններով։

2023 թվականի նոյեմբերից արտգործնախարարների հանդիպումներ տեղի չեն ունեցել։

«Հայ գործընկերները շահագրգռված չեղան մեր առաջարկությամբ մշակելու և կնքելու արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների միջև խորհրդակցությունների հերթական ծրագիրը ոչ մեր մեղքով՝ պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունների միջև շփումների դինամիկան նկատելիորեն նվազել է, նվազել է նաև ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունը»,- նշել է Գալուզինը։

Եթե Միրզոյանն ու Լավրովը դեռ հանդիպել են 2023 թվականի նոյեմբերին, ապա Սուրեն Պապիկյանի և ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարի հանդիպում տեղի չի ունեցել 2022 թվականից ի վեր, ավելին, ՀԱՊԿ պաշտպանության նախարարների վերջին հավաքին Պապիկյանը կրկին հրաժարվեց մասնակցել՝ չցանկանալով հանդիպել Ռուսաստանի նորանշանակ պաշտպանության նախարար Ալեքսեյ Բելոռուսովի հետ, մինչդեռ երկկողմ խնդիրները կարգավորելու համար չափազանց նպաստավոր հնարավորություներ կարող էին բացվել։

Ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության մասով ևս գահավիժում է, ընդ որում հայկական կողմն է արձանագրում, որ եթե նախկինում մինչև 2021 թվականը Ռուսաստանից ստանում էին սպառազինության 96 %-ը, ապա այժմ Ռուսաստանի ցուցանիշը նվազել է 10 % և ավելի պակաս։

Ո՞րն է շփումների նվազեցման իրական պատճառը, թեպետ շատերը նշում են, որ Փաշինյանին և իր թիմակիցներին արևմտյան հովանավորներն են պարտադրում չհանդիպել ռուսական կողմի հետ, բայց իրականում խնդիրը հենց գործող վարչախմբի վախերն են։

Նրանք չեն ցանկանում դեմ առ դեմ հանդիպել ռուս գործընկերներին, պատասխանել հետագա համագործակցության հնարավորության մասին հարցերին և բոլոր հարցերում ձգտում են խուսափել, մանևրել, մինչև տեսնեն, թե ինչ է գալիս իրենց գլխին։
