Հայաստանը դադարել է շահագրգռվածություն ցուցաբերել Ռուսաստանի հետ արտաքին գործերի և պաշտպանության նախարարությունների գծով շփումներում, ինչն Արևմուտքի ճնշման հետևանք է: Այս մասին ՏԱՍՍ գործակալության հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ փոխնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը:

«2023 թվականի նոյեմբերից ի վեր արտգործնախարարների հանդիպում չի եղել։ Գործընկերները հետաքրքրություն չցուցաբերեցին մեր առաջարկության նկատմամբ, այն է` մշակել և կնքել միջգերատեսչական խորհրդատվությունների հերթական ծրագիրը։ Մեր մեղքով չէ, որ նկատելիորեն նվազել է պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունների գծով շփումների դինամիկան ։ Նվազել է նաև ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունը։ Սրանում մենք տեսնում ենք Արևմուտքի ճնշման արդյունքը, որը փորձում է Երևանին ստիպել նվազագույնի հասցնել կապերը մեր երկրի հետ», - նշել է Գալուզինը։

Այնուամենայնիվ ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարարը նշել է, որ ռուսական կողմն ակնկալում է՝ խնդրահարույց հարցերի վերացման ուղղությամբ աշխատելու Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հրապարակային արտահայտված մտադրությունը կյանքի կկոչվի, ինչին իրենք պատրաստ են։

Գալուզինը միաժամանակ ընդգծել է, որ Մոսկվայի և Երևանի միջև երկկողմ շփումները չեն ընդհատվում։

«Օրերս՝ մայիսի 8-ին, Եվրասիական բարձրագույն տնտեսական խորհրդի հերթական նիստի շրջանակում, հանգամանալից զրույց է տեղի ունեցել Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի միջև, իսկ փետրվարին ՌԴ կառավարության ղեկավար Միխայիլ Միշուստինը հանդիպել է իր հայ գործընկերոջ հետ»,- նշել է ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարարը՝ հավելելով, որ ամենազգալի արդյունքները գրանցվել են առևտրատնտեսական ոլորտում։ Բացի այդ, նա նաև շեշտել է, որ ռուսական կողմը համագործակցում է հայ գործընկերների հետ նաև մշակութային և հումանիտար ոլորտներում։
