Շվեյցարիան ՀՀ է գործուղել Մարդասիրական օգնության կորպուսի մասնագետների

Հայաստանի իշխանությունների խնդրանքով Շվեյցարիան ՀՀ է գործուղել Մարդասիրական օգնության կորպուսի մասնագետներ, որոնք մասնավորապես իրականացնելու են աղետի գոտում կամուրջների և այլ ենթակառուցվածքների ամրության գնահատում, այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել Հայաստանում Շվեյցարիայի դեսպանությունը՝ նշելով, որ տեղում իրականացվելիք աշխատանքների համար Շվեյցարիան նախատեսում է առավելագույնը 500 000 շվեյցարական ֆրանկ գումար:
«Տեղատարափ անձրևների հետևանքով Հայաստանի հյուսիսային շրջաններում առաջացած ջրհեղեղները մարդկային զոհերի և խոշոր նյութական վնասների պատճառ են դարձել:
Ավելի քան 400 մարդ տարհանվել է: Բազմաթիվ ենթակառուցվածքներ, մասնավորապես ճանապարհներ և կամուրջներ, ինչպես նաև գազատարներ և ջրամատակարարման համակարգեր, վնասվել կամ շարքից դուրս են եկել: Որոշ գյուղերում տներ են փլուզվել, իսկ ցեխը և ջուրը գրեթե երկու մետր բարձրացել են: Հաշվի առնելով աղետի ծավալները՝ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն օգնություն ստանալու նպատակով դիմել են Եվրամիության քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության (EUCPM) համապատասխան մեխանիզմներին՝ խնդրելով մասնավորապես գործուղել քաղաքացիական շինարարության ոլորտի ճարտարագետներ:
Շվեյցարիան անմիջապես արձագանքել է այս խնդրանքին՝ առաջարկելով համապատասխան օգնություն: Ստանալով Հայաստանի իշխանությունների դրական պատասխանը և շահագրգռությունը՝ Շվեյցարական զարգացման և համագործակցության գործակալությունը (SDC) Հայաստան է գործուղում Մարդասիրական օգնության կորպուսի (SHA) թվով ութ մասնագետներ, այդ թվում՝ճարտարագետներ և տեխնիկական մասնագետներ: Նրանք Շվեյցարիայից Հայաստան են մեկնել հունիսի 3-ի երեկոյան՝ նպատակ ունենալով աջակցելու Հայաստանի իշխանություններին վնասված կամուրջների և այլ ենթակառուցվածքների գնահատման հարցում:
Շվեյցարական զարգացման և համագործակցության գործակալությունը (SDC), որ արդեն իսկ ներկա էր Հայաստանում և Հարավային Կովկասում, հրատապ արձագանքման այս ծրագրի համար նախատեսել է մինչև 500 000 շվեյցարական ֆրանկ աղետի գոտում, որը նաև երկրի ամենակարիքավոր շրջանների թվում է: Միաժամանակ, Շվեյցարիան շարունակում է ուշի-ուշով հետևել Եվրոպայում և հարևան երկրներում հեղեղումների իրավիճակին: Շվեյցարիան պատրաստ է արագ արձագանքելու յուրաքանչյուր օգնության դիմումի»,- նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
