Tsargrad.tv-ն «Հայաստանում բողոքի ալիքը բացահայտել է մի ոչ հաճելի երևույթ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքականությունում. «Ո՞ւր է ռուսամետ կուսակցությունը»» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ քաղաքական դիտորդ Անդրեյ Պերլան Հայաստանում բողոքի ակցիաների ֆոնին անհարմար հարց է հնչեցրել, իսկ ո՞ւր է ռուսամետ կուսակցությունը: Հիշեցնենք, որ դժգոհ հայերը պահանջում են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրաժարական տա իր պաշտոնից, իսկ բողոքի շարժման առաջնորդ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը կառավարության ղեկավարին կոչ է արել հանդիպել և քննարկել իր խաղաղ հեռանալու հարցը։ Քաղաքական դիտորդ Անդրեյ Պերլան, մեկնաբանելով Հայաստանում ստեղծված իրավիճակը, նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը չի ծրագրում ազդել տեղի ունեցողի վրա։

«Դժբախտությունն այն է, որ Ռուսաստանը, որքանով ես կարող եմ դատել, այսօր ո՛չ փորձաքննության է ենթարկում այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում Հայաստանում, և ո՛չ էլ պլանավորում է ազդել իրավիճակի վրա: Այսինքն, մեզ պետք է այնպիսի կերպար, ինչպիսին Իվանիշվիլին է Վրաստանում, բավականին ազդեցիկ անձնավորություն, որը շահում է Ռուսաստանի հետ սերտ համագործակցությունից և պատրաստ է ապավինել այն համաքաղաքացիներին, ովքեր նույնպես ունեն այդ համագործակցության կարիքը»,- կարծիք է հայտնել փորձագետը։ Բացի այդ, նա նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանում ապրում է գրեթե նույնքան հայ, որքան հենց բուն Հայաստանում, և այդ մարդիկ կապ են պահպանում իրենց հայրենիքի հետ՝ ձևավորելով շատ հարուստ և պոտենցիալ քաղաքականապես հզոր սփյուռք։ «Հայաստանի հայերի համարյա կեսն ունի ռուսական անձնագիր: Ովքե՞ր են նրանց առաջնորդները: Այդպիսիք չկան: Ռուսաստանաբնակ հայերը ապաքաղաքական են: Իսկ քաղաքականապես ավելի ակտիվ հայերը շատ են ուզում, որ Ռուսաստանը իրենց օգնի, բայց ձրի, հենց այնպես»,- ավելացրել է Պերլան։

Փաստորեն, պետք է խոստովանել, որ Ռուսաստանը դիվանագիտական դաշտում հայկական հարցում որևէ ազդեցություն չունի։ «Այն, ինչ կատարվում է Հայաստանում, բացահայտում է այդ ուղղությամբ ռուսական քաղաքականության աղքատությունը, չկազմավորված լինելը, թշվառությունը։ Եթե, ի վերջո, այնտեղ ամեն ինչ լավ ընթանա, այսինքն՝ Հայաստանը մնա մեր ազդեցության գոտում, դա չի լինի այն պատճառով, որ Ռուսաստանը իրեն ճիշտ է պահել, այլ կլինի ուղղակի միայն «դեպքերի բերումով»,–նկատել է քաղաքական դիտորդը,- ըստ հայաստանյան իմ զրուցակիցների, Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոսն ինքն էլ չգիտի, թե ինչ ծրագրով է ձգտում իշխանության։ Իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ եթե նույնիսկ ինչ-որ հրաշքով նա քշի Փաշինյանին, Ռուսաստանի համար Հայաստանի հետ ավելի հեշտ չի լինի»։
