Քննիչի կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորություններն անցնելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ

ՀՀ քաղաքացի Դավիթ Վ.-ն, նախազգուշացված լինելով սուտ մատնություն կատարելու համար նախատեսված քրեական պատասխանատվության մասին, հայտնել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնի քննիչի կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորություններն անցնելու վերաբերյալ տվյալներ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Մասնավորապես՝ Դավիթ Վ.-ն հայտնել է, որ Արսեն Ա.-ի կողմից բռնաբարություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հիշյալ քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունն իրականացնող քննիչի թելադրանքով 2015 թվականի սեպտեմբեր ամսին գրել է իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող ցուցմունք: Հետագայում` նույն քրեական գործի դատաքննության փուլում, երբ հրապարակվել է իր նախաքննական ցուցմունքը, հայտարարել է, որ քննիչը իրեն թելադրել է իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող, կեղծ տեղեկություններ, որոնք անուշադրության հետևանքով անձամբ գրել է հարցաքննության արձանագրությունում և ստորագրել դրա տակ:
Քաղաքացի Դավիթ Վ.-ի հաղորդման հիման վրա՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնի քննիչի կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորություններն անցնելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 309-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեականդատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
