Բագրատ Սրբազանը գործակալ չէ, միլիոնավոր դոլարներ չի ստացել․ ԱԱԾ-ն պաշտոնապես հերքել է

ԱԱԾ-ն պաշտոնապես հերքել է Բագրատ Սրբազանի գործակալ լինելու մասին տեղեկատվությունը։

«Սիվիկ» լրատվականի լրագրող Դավիթ Լևոնյանի հայտարարությունները, թե Սրբազանը «ԿԳԲ» գործակալ է, միլիոնավոր դոլարներ է ստացել Կրեմլից և այդ հայտարարությունների առնչությամբ՝ Լևոնյանի նկատմամբ սուտ մատնության համար վարույթ նախաձեռնելու հաղորդումը շուրջ մեկ ամիս ստուգման առարկա է դարձվել ԱԱԾ-ում, սակայն Բագրատ Սրբազանի դեմ ոչինչ չեն հայտնաբերել։

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից «Փաստինֆո»-ին հայտնեցին, որ ստուգման ընթացքում նման տվյալներ չեն ստացվել: Ինչ վերաբերում է Դավիթ Լևոնյանի կողմից ենթադրաբար սուտ մատնություն կատարելուն, ապա այդ դրվագով ևս քրեական վարույթ չի նախաձեռնվել։

«Սուտ մատնություն է համարվում` իրավասու մարմնին հանցագործության դեպքի կամ անձի կողմից հանցանք կատարելու մասին սուտ տեղեկություն տալը։ Տվյալ պարագայում ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն կամ որևէ այլ իրավասու մարմին հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում չի ներկայացվել»,- հայտնեցին դատախազությունից։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 29-ին «Տավուշը հանուն հայրենիքի» շարժումը հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել՝ պահանջելով 24 ժամվա ընթացքում կա՛մ քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնել և պատասխանատվության կանչել Բագրատ Սրբազանին, կա՛մ սուտ մատնության համար պատասխանատվության կանչել «Սիվիկ նյուզ» լրատվականի լրագրողին։ Վերջինս Սրբազանին մեղադրել էր իբրև թե «ռուսական ԿԳԲ-ի գործակալ լինելու, «Կրեմլից» միլիոնավոր դոլարներ ստանալու, հայ-ադրբեջանական պատերազմ հրահրելու» մեջ։
