Նիկnլ Փաշինյանը Բաքnւ մեկնելnւ hրավե՞ր է uտացել

Ինչպես հայտնի է, Ադրբեջանն այս տարի կհյուրընկալի ՄԱԿ-ի Կլիմայի փոփոխության մասին շրջանակային կոնվենցիայի Մասնակիցների կոնֆերանսի հերթական նստաշրջանը՝ COP-29-ը։ Այն կանցկացվի Բաքվում նոյեմբերի 11-24-ը։
Բաքուն, չնայած քննադատական մեծ ալիքին, մեծ թափով է պատրաստվում այս միջոցառմանը: Դրան հրավերներ են ստացել բազմաթիվ երկրների ղեկավարներ:
MediaHub-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ևս հրավեր ուղարկվել է: Ընդ որում, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, թե՛ Երևանը, թե՛ Բաքուն այս միջոցառումը դիտարկում են որպես հարթակ, որտեղ հնարավոր է ստորագրվի այսպես կոչված «խաղաղության պայմանագիրը»: Եվ սա Բաքվի վերջնական հաղթանակը կլինի:
Նախ, Հայաստանի վերջնական ծնկի բերելն ու փաստացի կապիտուլյացիայի ակտը կստորագրվի Բաքվում՝ թշնամի երկրի մայրաքաղաքում պարտվող երկրի առաջնորդի կողմից: Եվ եթե դա տեղի ունենա հենց այս սցենարով, ապա սա իսկապես մեծագույն հարված է ամբողջ հայության համար:
Ակնհայտ է, որ Ադրբեջանն այս միջոցառումը օգտագործելու է իր տրիումֆը աշխարհի առաջ կապիտալիզացնելու համար՝ ներկայացնելու են վերջին տարիների «հաղթանակները» հայատյաց քաղաքականության հիմքով, Արցախի օկուպացիան իրեն շահեկան դիրքերից, անշուշտ խոսելու է «Ադրբեջանին պատկանող Զանգեզուրից, Իրևանից» ու մյուսի մասին, տարածքային հավակնություններ է ներկայացնելու ՀՀ-ին: Եվ պատասխանող նորից չի լինելու, անգամ եթե այդ ամենի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գտնվի Բաքվում:
Մյուս կողմից, Երևանն ու Բաքուն այսպիսով կվերահաստատեն վերջին ամիսների իրենց դիրքորոշումը, թե միմյանց հետ հարցեր լուծելու համար միջնորդների կարիք չունեն: Տարիներ շարունակ խոսվում էր այն մասին, որ պայմանագիրը ՀՀ և Ադրբեջանի միջև կստորագրվի կա՛մ Մոսկվայում, կա՛մ Բրյուսելում: Մինչդեռ Փաշինյան-Ալիև-Էրդողան տանդեմը այլ բան են որոշել:

Հիշեցնենք, 2023 թվականի տարեվերջին Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների աշխատակազմերի հայտարարությունից տեղեկացանք, որ համաժողովն անցկացնելու հայտը Երևանը զիջել է Բաքվին։ Նույն պայմանավորվածության կոնտեքստում` Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին վերադարձրեց 32 հայ ռազմագերիների, իսկ Հայաստանն Ադրբեջանին` ադրբեջանցի 2 սահմանախախտների, այդ թվում և ԶՊՄԿ պահակին սպանած հանցագործին:
