Տավուշի և Լոռու մարզերում տեղի ունեցած աղետը դեռ երկար ժամանակ իր մասին զգացնել կտա: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։
«Անձրևային շրջանն ավարտվեց, գետերի` մարդկանց տներ, թաղամասեր մուտք գործած ջրերը հետ քաշվեցին, սակայն այնտեղ ապրող մարդկանց, համայնքային, հանրապետական կամ միջպետական ենթակառուցվածքներից օգտվողների խնդիրը դեռ մնում է օդում կախված:
Տնային տնտեսություններից մինչև տարբեր մասշտաբների բիզնես` տարաբնույթ լուծվող և չլուծվող խնդիրների առաջ են կանգնել:
Սակայն լրջագույն խնդիրը պետական ապարատի և հատկապես կառավարման օղակների անարդյունավետությունն է:
Շուռնուխի թեման, ցավոք, վառ օրինակ է, թե պետությունը շուրջ 2 տասնյակի առանձնատան ու գյուղական նշանակության ենթակառուցվածքների կարգավորման պայմաններում ինչպես գործեց, եղած ռեսուրսները ինչպես վատնեց, իսկ ժամանակը չի սպասում:
Աղետը մի կողմից է կորուստներ, տառապանք, հիասթափություն և ցավի զգացում բերել, իշխող կառավարիչներն էլ կրկնապատում, եռապատկում են եղածի ողբերգության մասշտաբը», - գրել է նա:
