Ազգային ժողովի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանգիր» խմբակցությունը երեկ փակ հանդիպում է ունեցել արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ, ընդ որում Միրզոյանն Ազգային ժողով է եկել նախատեսված ժամից ավելի ուշ, քանի որ մնացել էր ԱԳՆ շենքում, ընդդիմության բողոքի ակցիայի հետևանքով։

Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունն, իհարկե, չի հայտնում, թե ինչ են քննարկել քաղպայմանագրի նիստին։

Պատգամավորներն իրենք էլ հասկանում են, որ նման կերպ շարունակելու դեպքում հայտնվելու են հանրության առաջնային թիրախում՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր հետևանքներով, իսկ ներսում էլ արդեն խոսակցություններ են շրջանառվում, թե Փաշինյանը, Միրզոյանը և մի քանի այլ պաշտոնյաներ կարող են և հնարավորություն ունեն անհրաժեշտ պահին փախչել որևէ երկիր, իսկ իրենցից շատերը ստիպված են լինելու մնալ և դեմառդեմ պատասխան տալ հանրությանը և ընդդիմադիր զանգվածներին, ուստի քաղպայմանագրի վախերը փարատելու համար է Փաշինյանն Ազգային ժողով գործուղել Արարատ Միրզոյանին, բայց նրանց հանգստացնելու փոխարեն Արարատ Միրզոյանի պատասխաններն ավելի են սրել իրվիճակը։
