Դատական համակարգի թշվառությունը. չորս տարի անց գործը փլուզվեց

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը 4 տարի գործ քննելուց հետո, երեկ արդարացման վճիռ է կայացրել երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի, գործարար Բարսեղ Բեգլարյանի և գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության մի աշխատակցի նկատմամբ։
Քրեական գործը հարուցվել էր դիզվառելիքի սուբսիդիայի հափշտակության դեպքով, իսկ նախկին նախագահի դեմ ցուցմունքներ էր տվել գյուղատնտեսության նախկին նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը։ Կարապետյանն ինքը, 2021 թվականին մահացել էր կորոնավիրուսից։
Գրեթե բոլոր մասնագետները նշում էին, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործը ծիծաղելի է և անհեթեթ, որևէ հանցակազմ և որևէ ապացույց գոյություն չունի, ավելին, արդեն անցած տարի ավարտվել էր վաղեմության ժամկետը, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանին նույնիսկ մեղավոր ճանաչելու դեպքում հնարավոր չէր լինի պատասխանատվության ենթարկել։
Այդուհանդերձ, Սերժ Սարգսյանը և իր պաշտպանական թիմը մինչև վերջ գնացել և իրենք են ապացուցել իրենց անմեղությունը և, ըստ էության, դատարանը հարկադրված է եղել արդարացման դատավճիռ կայացնել, այս դատավճիռն ինքն իրենով արդեն ապացույց է փաշինյանական արդարադատության սնանկության։
2018 թվականին գալով իշխանության՝ Փաշինյանը խոստումներ էր տալիս հանրությանը՝ նախկիններին իրենց կատարած ապօրինությունների համար պատժելու, ապօրինի գույքը բռնագրավելու․ մինչ օրս որևէ նախկին պաշտոնյա պատժված չէ։
