Քննչական կոմիտեն ձերբակալել է երեկ արտգործնախարարության դիմաց տեղի ունեցած բախման 28 մասնակիցների, շատերն էլ գտնվում են ոստիկանությունում, քանի որ բավականին լուրջ վնասվածքներ են ստացել ոստիկանության ապօրինությունների և ջարդարարության հետևանքով։
Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը երեկ մեծ բազմությամբ ԱԳՆ-ի դիմաց պահանջում էր, որպեսզի Արարատ Միրզոյանն ու իր ենթկաները ցած իջնեն և ներկայացնեն արտաքին քաղաքական իրավիճակը։ Միրզոյանն, իհարկե հրաժարվեց ցած իջնել, իսկ ոստիկանության մի քանի հարյուր կարմիր ու սև բերետավորներ դաժանաբար հարձակվեցին ընդդիմադիր շարժման վրա, ընդ որում, ըստ ականատեսների, հատկապես դաժան են եղել եկեղեցու սպասավորների նկատմամբ, հարվածներ են հասցրել նույնիսկ Բագրատ Սրբազանին։
ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Փաշինյանը երեկ հրահանգած է եղել ամեն գնով խափանել բողոքի ակցիան, հնարավորության դեպքում էլ Բագրատ Սրբազանին ձերբակալել։
Ոստիկանությունը երեկ չհամարձակվեց նման բան անել, բայց հարուցված քրեական գործով առաջիկայում ձերբակալությունների թիվն աճելու է, ընդ որում, եթե նախկինում բերման ենթարկվածներին մի քանի ժամ անց բաց էին թողնում, ապա երեկ 29 բերման ենթարկվածից 28-ին ձերբակալել են և, չի բացառվում, որ նրանց կալանավորելու միջնորդություն ներկայացվի։
Այս ամենը վկայում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բավականին լուրջ վախեր ունի ընդդիմադիր շարժման տարածումից, հատկապես վերջին օրերին։ Փաշինյանը, ի սկզբանե, մտածում էր, որ ընդդիմադիր շարժումը կմարի ինքնիրեն, սակայն մարելու փոխարեն շարժման շարքերը գնալով ավելանում են, ինչը չափազանց վտանգավոր է դառնում վարչախմբի համար։
