Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը վաղուց այլևս Հայաստանի իշխանություններից որևէ վտանգ չեն զգում։ Հիմնական առանցքային վտանգը, որ երկու այդ դաշնակիցները զգում են կազմակերպված է հայկական սփյուռքից և հայկական կազմակերպություններից են, ուստի բնավ զարմանալի չէ, որ Թուրքիայի նախագահը և այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ պարբերաբար իրենց հայտարարություններում թիրախավորում են հենց հայկական սփյուռքին։

Երեկ Իզմիրում կայացած բազմազգ զորավարժությունների ժամանակ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանը պետք է գիտակցի, որ իր ապագան կախված է տարածաշրջանի երկրների հետ և առաջին հերթին պետք է ձերբազատվի երրորդ երկրների ու արտերկրի հայկական սփյուռքի «վատ ազդեցությունից»։

Ըստ Էրդողանի՝ տարածաշրջանում ձևավորվել է կայուն խաղաղություն հաստատելու իսկապես պատմական հնարավորություն, և Հայաստանն այդ հնարավորությունը չպետք է բաց թողնի։ Հոխորտանքներն իրականում վկայում են, որ Թուրքիայի նախագահի համար չափազանց մեծ վտանգ է ներկայացնում հայկական կազմակերպված սփյուռքը, որը տասնամյակներ շարունակ առաջ է մղել Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման հարցը։

Այսօր էլ, երբ Անկարան ու Բաքուն կարողացել են Հայաստանում խամաճիկային իշխանություն հաստատել և Փաշինյանին պարտադրել իրենց պայմանները, գիտակցում են, որ այդ ամենը լիարժեք չի կարող իրականացվել, քանի դեռ հայկական ազդեցիկ կազմակերպություններ կան, մյուս կողմից էլ հենց թշնամիներն են պարտադրել Փաշինյանին ցեղասպանության ժխտման հայտարարություններով հանդես գալ։

Գիտակցելով, որ այդ կերպ է հնարավոր հարվածել Սփյուռքի հայկական կազմակերպությունների հեղինակությանը, ուստի առանցքային և կարևոր հարցը մնում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին պաշտոնից հեռացնելը, հենց նրա պաշտոնավարման հետևանքով է, որ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները կարողանում են հոխորտալ և նոր պահանջներ ներկայացնել Հայաստանին։
