Հայաստանը մտադիր է զենք գնել նաև Բելգիայից

Հայաստանը շարունակում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկրներից սպառազինություն գնելու իր քաղաքականությունը։ Երեկ Բրյուսել է մեկնել Պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը, որը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Բելգիայի փոխվարչապետ Դավիդ Կլարինվալի հետ, ինչպես նաև եղել Բելգիայի ամենահին զինագործարաններից մեկում՝ Ջոն Կոկերի ընկերությունում։
Տարածված հաղորդագրություններն ընդամենն ազդարարում են, որ քննարկվել է հետագա համագործակցությունը։ Թե ի՞նչ սպառազինությունների շուրջ է եղել բանակցությունները, ո՛չ հայկական և ո՛չ էլ, առավել ևս բելգիական աղբյուրները չեն նշում։ Ավելին, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Պապիկյանը նաև հանդիպումներ է ունենալու ՆԱՏՕ-ի կենտրոնակայանում, որտեղ հավաստիացումներ է տալու արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու, Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ջանքերի մասին։
Ըստ էության, հակառուսական իրենց քաղաքականության մեջ գործող իշխանություններն այլևս լիովին կողմնորոշվել են և, նրանց կոնստրուկտիվ դաշտ բերելու Մոսկվայի քայլերը, դատապարտված են ձախողման։ 2021 թվականից հետո Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբը մի քանի միլիարդ դոլարի պայմանագրեր է կնքել ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկրների և օտարերկրյա այլ պետությունների հետ՝ ըստ էության գրեթե ամբողջությամբ նվազեցնելով Ռուսաստանից սպառազինության գնումը։
Եթե մինչև 2020 թվականը Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանից գնում էր իր սպառազինության 96 %-ը, մյուս 4 %-ն էլ Հորդանանից և այն էլ կրկին ռուսական արտադրության սպառազինություն, ապա այժմ Ռուսաստանի տեսակարար կշիռը կազմում է առավելագույնը 8-ից 10 %։
