Ռուսաստանը փորձում է փափուկ ուժ կիրառել Հայաստանում

Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև առևտրում որևէ խնդիր, կամ ընդհատում չկա։ Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկն այդ մասին ասել է «ՏԱՍՍ» գործակալության հարցին ի պատասխան։ Ըստ Օվերչուկի՝ բացարձակապես որևէ խաթարում չկա։ Վերին Լարսը բնականոն գործում է, խնդիրներ չկան նաև տնտեսությունում։ Մեկնաբանելով հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություներում վերջին շրջանում ձևավորված զարգացումները և հատկապես Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինի խորհրդակցությունների նպատակով հետ կանչման մասին տեղեկությունները, Օվերչուկը փորձել է հանգստացնել իրավիճակը՝ արձանագրելով, որ որևէ խնդիր չկա։

Իրականում խնդիրները բազմաթիվ են, սակայն Ռուսաստանն էլ հասկանում է, որ մինչև վերջ սանձերը ձգելու դեպքում դրանք կարող են պոկվել, իսկ Փաշինյանն էլ ընդամենը մեկ կայծի է սպասում, վերջնականապես Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները փչացնելու համար։ Եթե մինչ այժմ դա դեռևս չի արել, այն է, որ չի ցանկանում հետագա տնտեսական խնդիրների պատասխանատվություն  ստանձնել և հանրությանը պարտադրված լինել պարզաբանումներ ներկայացնել։

Ըստ էության՝ գործող վարչախումբն ամեն ինչ անում է, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանն ինքը խզի հարաբերությունները, այդ կերպ փորձելով տպավորություն ստեղծել, որ իրենք ցանկանում էին պահպանել, սակայն նախաձեռնությունը գալիս է Մոսկվայից։ Իրականում վարչախումբը հրաշալի հասկանում է, որ Արևմուտքն առանձնապես շահագրգռված էլ չէ Հայաստանին ֆինանսական լրջագույն օգնություն տրամադրել և ապահովել Հայաստանի ողջ արտահանումը՝ տնտեսական կոլաբսից զերծ պահելու համար։

Արևմուտքին Հայաստանը պետք է ընդամենը որպես Ռուսաստանի դեմ նոր ճակատ բացելու հնարավորություն, ոչ ավելին, դրա համար մաքսիմում մի քանի հարյուր միլիոն դոլար կնվիրեն և կքաշվեն մի կողմ՝ պարտադրելով հակառուսական նոր ալիք բարձրացնել Հայաստանում։
