ՀՀ կառավարությունը որոշում է ընդունել, համաձայն որի` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Լոռու եւ Տավուշի մարզերում 2024 թվականի մայիսի 25-26-ը տեղացած հորդառատ անձրեւներով պայմանավորված հեղեղումների պատճառով առաջացած արտակարգ իրավիճակի հետեւանքով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Լոռու եւ Տավուշի մարզերի մի շարք համայնքներ հայտարարվել են աղետի գոտիներ եւ սահմանվել դրանց տարածքները՝ համաձայն հավելվածի: Այս մասին հայտնում են կառավարությունից:
«Հիմք ընդունելով «Արտակարգ իրավիճակներում բնակչության պաշտպանության մասին» օրենքի 12-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի «ե» կետը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը ո ր ո շ ո ւ մ է. 1. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզերում 2024 թվականի մայիսի 25-26-ը տեղացած հորդառատ անձրևներով պայմանավորված հեղեղումների պատճառով առաջացած արտակարգ իրավիճակի հետևանքով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզերի մի շարք համայնքներում հայտարարել աղետի գոտիներ և սահմանել դրանց տարածքները՝ համաձայն հավելվածի:
Սահմանել, որ սույն որոշմամբ սահմանված աղետի գոտիների տարածքներում «Արտակարգ իրավիճակներում բնակչության պաշտպանության մասին» օրենքի 5-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով սահմանված բնակչությանպ աշտպանության հիմնական միջոցառումների կազմակերպումն իրականացնում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի 2024 թվականի մայիսի 26-ի N 492-Ա որոշմամբ ստեղծված օպերատիվ աշխատանքային խումբը (շտաբը):
Օպերատիվ աշխատանքային խմբի (շտաբի) ղեկավարին՝ կազմակերպել «Արտակարգ իրավիճակներում բնակչության պաշտպանության մասին» օրենքի 5-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով սահմանված բնակչության պաշտպանության անհրաժեշտ հիմնական միջոցառումների իրականացումը:
Սույն որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում պաշտոնական հրապարակմանը հաջորդող օրվանից»,-ասվում է որոշման մեջ:
