Կալիֆոռնիան արևային էներգիայի ավելցուկ ունի

Ամերիկյան Կալիֆոռնիա նահանգն արդեն մեկ ամսից ավելի է՝ ապրում է վերականգնվող էներգիայի վրա, ավելին արտադրած էլեկտրաէներգիայի ավելցուկը վաճառում այլ նահանգների։
Ստենֆորդի համալսարանի տվյալներով՝ ապրիլի 15-ից սկսած նահանգն արտադրում է ավելի շատ էներգիա վերականգնվող աղբյուրներից, քան իրեն պահանջվում է։
45 օր շարունակ արևային, քամու և հիդրոէներգետիկայի համախառն առաջարկը գերազանցում է պահանջարկը։ Դրան մեծապես նպաստում է նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ Կալիֆոռնիայում ամերիկյան նահանգներից ամենաշատն է զարգացած ոչ միայն արևային վահանակների տեղադրումը, այլ նաև համապատասխան արևային մարտկոցների և կուտակիչների համակարգերի առկայությունը։
2024 թվականի հունվարին աշխարհում խոշորագույն էներգիայի պահեստարանն է կառուցվել, որը լիցքավորվում է ցերեկը, երբ արևային էներգիայի ավելցուկը առավելագույնն է և լիցքաթափվում է արդեն երեկոյան և գիշերը՝ թույլ տալով կրճատել գազի օգտագործումը։
Նահանգը ծրագրում է հետագայում ևս զարգացնել վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների ենթակառուցվածքները, այդ թվում 26 նոր նախագծեր իրականացնել, որոնք կապված են առափնյա էլեկտրակայանների հետ։ Նախագծի համախառն արժեքը կազմում է 6,1 միլիարդ դոլար։
