POLITICS«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանն ուղերձ է հղել վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ նախօրեին արած անհեթեթ հայտարարություններին ի պատասխան, նկատել, որ որքան լավ է Փաշինյանը գեղեցիկ խոսում հայերեն, այնքան վտանգված է մեր հայրենիքը։
Ըստ Կարապետյանի, նա փորձում էր իր ելույթում պարտությունը մեզ՝ բոլորիս ներկայացնել որպես հաղթանակ։ Նկատելով, որ պատմության մեջ չի եղել դեպք, որ ստորագրած թուղթը փրկի հայրենիք, կամ ապահովի խաղաղություն:
«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդը նշել է, թե ագրեսորին կարող է կանգնեցնել միայն ուժը, ագրեսորին կարող է հանգստացնել միայն վախը։ «Չկա թուղթ, որը կկարողանա ապահովի հայրենիքի անվտանգությունը, մեր դեպքում մենք պետք է ունենանք ուժեղ բանակ, մենք պետք է ունենանք ուժեղ անվտանգության համակարգ և մեր դեպքում մենք պետք է ունենանք ստրատեգիական կամ ռազմավարական բարեկամ՝ ի դեմս Ռուսաստանի, դա է մեր բոլորիս խաղաղության երաշխիքը»,- ասել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
Նա նաև հավելել է, որ այսօր մեր բանակը դարձել է ինչ-որ զինվորական քաղաքացիական կազմակերպություն, բանակում չկա զինամթերք, հողերը հանձնելուց հետո վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձն անմիջապես շնորհել է բարձրաստիճան կոչումներ մի շարք զինվորականների՝ ընդմիշտ կապելով իրեն պատմության մեջ իր հետ միասին որպես խումբ, որը որ հանձնել է հողերը։
«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ չի խոսում տվյալ զինվորականների մասին, որոնց վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը ստիպել է ստորագրել փաստաթուղթ, որտեղ գրված է եղել, որ իրենք այդ ամենն անում են կամավոր՝ հանուն հայրենիքի։ Փաշինյանը պատրաստվում է ապագայում իր դավաճանությունը նորից գցել զինվորականների վրա, այն մարդկանց վրա, որոնց շնորհել է զինվորական կոչումներ։
Արշակ Կարապետյանը հիշեցրել է իր հին խոսքը՝ «Ազգեր, որոնք ընկնում են ճակատամարտում, նորից վերածնվում են, ազգեր, որոնք հանձնվում են՝ վերանում են»։
«Հաղթանակը մերն է լինելու, այդ դավաճանն իր շքախմբով շարք է կանգնելու և արդեն նա իր ստորագրությամբ մտավ հայոց պատմության մեջ։ Թող չհամեմատվի ո՛չ մի թագավորի հետ, որովհետև ո՛չ մի թագավոր իր երկիրն անցյալում չի դավաճանել, հնարավոր է իրենց դավաճանել են, բայց ինքը չի դավաճանել, ինքն առաջին մարդն է, առաջին երկրի ղեկավարն է, որ լինելով այդ պաշտոնին, լինելով Հայոց երկրի ղեկավար դավաճանեց այդ երկիրը»,- նշել է Կարապետյանը։
