Լոռու մարզի մի շարք գյուղերում եւ քաղաքներում գետերի վարարման հետեւանքով արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել: NEWS.am-ը զրուցել է Լոռու մարզի Շնողի վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Սամվել Մկրտումյանի հետ, որը մանրամասներ է հայտնել մարզում ստեղծված աղետալի իրավիճակից:
«Ախթալայի գործարանի կողմը ընդհանրապես անանցանելի է, գյուղում գլխավոր ճանապարհը փլվել է, ջրում մեքենա կա, մարդ կա, որ չենք գտնում, որոնում ենք այս պահին: Ախթալայի կամուրջ փակ է, ջուրը վրայով գնում է, բնակչությանը տրակտորով տարհանել ենք դեպի Ճոճկան: Այգիները բոլորը ջր տակ են մնացել: Թեղուտ բնակավայրը անցանելի է, բայց ժայռեր են պոկվել: Քարկոփի մեջով ջուրը այս պահին գնում է, բոլորին տարհանել են, բացի մի քանի քաղաքացուց, որոնք մնացել են` տեսնեն ինչ է հնարավոր փրկել»,-ասել է նա: Մկրտումյանը նշեց, որ մայրաքաղաքից այս պահին փրկարարներ դեռ չեն հասել, իրենք կապի մեջ են Նոյեմբերյանի, Ալավերդու փրկարարների հետ:
«Փրկարարները չեն կարող անցնել Շնող, ճանապահը լրիվ փակ է, արգելափակված ենք: Թուֆենկյանի մոտ էլ ճանապարհը քանդված լրիվ, Մ6 մայրուղին լրիվ պոկված է: Ավելի ահավոր վիճակ է Ալավերդիում, ջուրը հոսում է քաղաքով, Սանահին կայարանը երկու ամսի է բաժանվել, կամուրջը քանդվել է»,-ասաց նա: Մկրտումյանը պնդում է, որ որեւէ պատվար չի փլուզվել, աղետալի իրավիճակը ստեղծվել է միայն գետերի հեղեղումների պատճառով:
Ավելի վվաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Դեբետ գետի վարարման հետեւանքով արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Ալավերդի քաղաքում եւ հարակից բնակավայրերում: Տաշիր գետի վարարման հետեւանքով էլ հեղեղվել է Տաշիր քաղաքը:
