Ստեղծված իրավիճակից դուրս գալու համար իշխանությունները պետք է հրաժարական տան, պետք է նոր կառավարություն ստեղծվի, պետք է նոր դաշնակցային հարաբերություններ ստեղծվեն, որպեսզի ապահովեն, որ Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանը րհարձակվեն Հայաստանի վրա: Այս մասին այսօր` մայիսի 25-ին, լրագրողներ հետ զրույցում ասել է Ֆրանսիայի հայկական ընկերությունները համակարգող խորհրդի նախագահ, ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի անդամ Մուրադ Փափազյանը:
«Ինչու չէ, նաեւ արեւմտյան երկրներ հետ, բայց վերակազմելով հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ: Սա ռազմավարական առաջնահերթություն է, չի կարելի հակառուս իշխանություն հաստատել Հայաստանում: Այսօր եթե նայեք քարտեզը, հստակ է, Հայաստանը շրջափակված է թշնամիներով եւ այն բարեկամը, գործընկերը,որ ունեինք, թշնամու ենք վերածել»,-ասաց նա:
Փափազյանը նշում է, որ ինքը դեմ չէ, որ Հայաստանը կապեր ունենա Արեւմուտքի հետ, բայց երբ որ ԵՄ-ն ցանկանում է Թուրքիային լիազորել զբաղվելու Կովկասի հարցերով, ապա պարզ է, որ Թուրքիան չեզոք գործընկեր չէ:
«Եթե պատերազմական վիճակ լինի, Ֆրանսիան զորք չի ուղարկի, կաշխուժացնի ռազմական համագործակցությունը, բայց զորք չի ուղարկի: Ուրեմն պետք է նախկին գործընկերները, որոնք այսօր գրեթե թշնամի են, վերածել կրկին գործընկերների, ունենալով նաեւ կապեր արեւմտյան երկրների հետ, Հնդկաստանի եւ Չինաստանի հետ, հասուն քաղաքականությունը տանել եւ առաջնահերթությունը պետք է լինի ժողովրդի անվտանգությունն ու ապահովությունը»,-շեշտեց նա:
