«Ով իմ հայրենիքից մեկ սմ տա, կյանքով է պատասխան տալու, խոստանում եմ», «Համաձայն եմ»․ կիրանցի-Փաշինյան բանավեճ՝ Կիրանցում

Պարո՛ն վարչապետ, մարդիկ կան փոխհատուցմանը դեմ են, այս ամեն ինչին դեմ են։ Այս մասին վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ասացին կիրանցեցիները նրա հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ։
«Ես ուզում եմ խաղաղ քնել, խաղաղ արթնանալ, ո՞վ եմ ես արդեն, Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի՞ ենք»,- ասացին նրանք Փաշինյանին, ով էլ պատասխանեց․ «Դե լավ էլի»։
Փաշինյանը կրկին քարտեզ ցույց տվեց և ասաց, որ այս սահմանազատումն իրականցնում են իրավական հիմքերով։ Բնակիչներից մեկն էլ նշեց, որ ընդամենը 5 հա հող պետք էր պահել։
«Բանակցեիք, այդ 5 հա-ն պահեիք, Դուք չեք կարողացել դա անել»,- ասաց կիրանցեցին։
Բնակիչներն այնուհետև Փաշինյանին ասացին, որ իր ցույց տված քարտեզն իրավական հիմք չունի, Փաշինյանն էլ հակադարձեց, թե սխալվում են, ունի։
«Իրավաբանները քննարկել են, եկել են որոշման, որ սա հիմք է»,- ասաց նա և ավելացրեց, որ հանդիպում կկազմակերպի այդ իրավաբանների հետ, որ հավատան, ու կապացուցի նրանց, որ հիմնավոր է։
Բնակիչները նախ նշեցին, որ ոչ մի իրավաբանի էլ չեն հավատում, ապա ասացին, որ դպրոցն ընդամենը 30 մետր է հեռու սահմանից։
«Դու քո ընտանիքով կգա՞ս ապրես այստեղ, այս պայմաններում, ես գամ քո տանն ապրեմ»,- ասաց բնակիչներից մեկը։
Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ 16 մլն-ի ծրագիր ունեն Կիրանց, Բաղանիս, Ոսկեպար գյուղերի համար և ևս 5 մլն դրամ կհատկացվի, որ մարդիկ ոչ միայն տուն սարքեն, այլև կահույք ձեռք բերեն։ Բնակիչներն էլ հակադարձեցին, թե տուն չեն ուզում, հայրենիքն են ուզում։
«Իմ հայրենիքը թող ինձ տան, հորս գերեզմանը կտա՞ս ինձ։ Հայրենիքս ես տալիս»,- ասաց բնակիչներից մեկը, ինչին ի պատասխան Փաշինյանը նշեց․ «Հայրենիքը սկսում է այնտեղ, որտեղ սահմանն է, ցավդ տանեմ»։
Ապա Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի ոչ մի մմ չի տվել, իսկ կիրանցեցիներին ասաց գնան Երևան, հանդիպեն իրավաբանների հետ։
«Հայրենիքս տվել եք քիչ չի, ասում եք՝ արի Երևա՞ն։ Կյանքով է պատասխան տալու նա, ով իմ հայրենիքից մեկ սմ տա, խոստանում եմ»,- ասաց բնակիչներից մեկը։
Փաշինյանն էլ պատասխանեց․ «Համաձայն եմ, ով տվել է, պատասխան թող տա»։
