Հաղորդակցության զարգացման ազգային գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, տնտեսագիտության դոկտոր Վլադիսլավ Գասումյանովը «Վերելքին» տված հարցազրույցում մեկնաբանել է հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում տիրող իրավիճակը։
«Որևէ եզրակացություն անելու համար մեզ անհրաժեշտ է օբյեկտիվ վերլուծություն։ Ինչի՞ վրա են հիմնված դաշնակցային կամ այլ հարաբերությունները։ Դրանք հիմնված են տնտեսության, համատեղ քաղաքականության, ռազմական համագործակցության և որոշ այլ ոլորտների, էներգետիկայի և այլնի վրա։ Պետք է վերցնել և վերլուծել այս ոլորտներից յուրաքանչյուրը, թե ինչպիսի հարաբերություններ կան Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև։ Չեմ ուզում թվեր շռայլել, քանի որ միգուցե ես դրանց լավ չեմ տիրապետում, բայց եթե ուսումնասիրեք Հայաստանի փոխգործակցությունն արտաքին աշխարհի հետ, Ռուսաստանն այնտեղ գերիշխող դիրք է զբաղեցնում։ Կարելի է գտնել այլ դաշնակիցներ, այլ գործընկերներ, բայց պետք է հասկանալ, թե որքանով է դա անհրաժեշտ կամ ձեռնտու հենց իրեն՝ Հայաստանին։
Ես կարծում եմ, որ ագրեսիվ փոքրամասնությունը կարող է շատ բան անել երկրում, ինչպես եղավ Ուկրաինայում կամ այլ վայրերում։ Մենք միշտ հավատացել ենք, որ տնտեսությունը երբեք թույլ չի տա, որ Արևմուտքը, օրինակ, հրաժարվի մեր գազից, քանի որ դա իրենց ձեռնտու չէ։ Բայց մենք ականատես եղանք, որ քաղաքականությունը գերակայում է տնտեսությունից։ Գերմանիայի տնտեսությունը փլուզվում է, եվրոպական որոշ երկրների տնտեսությունը անկում է ապրում, բայց նրանք դա հաշվի չեն առնում, քանի որ այլ մոտեցումներ ունեն։ Ուստի այն ամենը, ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանի քաղաքականությանը, ես դա ուղղակի անտրամաբանական կհամարեմ»,- ասել է Գասումյանովը «Ռուսաստանը և աշխարհը. երկխոսություններ - 2024. ձգողականության ուժեր» VIII միջազգային գիտագործնական համաժողովի շրջանակում։
Ճշտող հարցին, թե Երևանի և Մոսկվայի ներկայիս ճգնաժամը ուր կարող է հանգեցնել երկկողմ հարաբերությունները, նա պատասխանել է. « Գիտեք, երբեմն պետք է ինչ-որ ճգնաժամի միջով անցնես՝ ճիշտ որոշման գալու համար։ Ըստ ամենայնի, մենք դեռ չենք հասել ճգնաժամի, որպեսզի գիտակցենք ու հասկանանք (նկատի ունեմ` Հայաստանում), թե ուր պետք է շարժվել։ Սա ինքնիշխան պետություն է, ինքնիշխան ժողովուրդ, ինքնիշխան առաջնորդ. ինքն է նման որոշումներ կայացնում»։
