ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

«Կառավարությունը որոշել է լուծարել Հանրապետության երկրորդ մեծության գրադարանը, որն ունի ավելի քան 22 մլն գրականությամբ պահոց։

ՆՁԱԿ-ի Գիտատեխնիկական գրադարանը գիտատեխնիկական փաստաթղթերի ավանդապահ (դեպոզիտար) գրադարան է, իրականացնում է ավելի քան 8000 գրանցված ընթերցողների գրադարանային գիտատեխնիկական ծառայությունների մատուցում և սպասարկում, ինչպես նաև 100-ի հասնող կազմակերպությունների սպասարկում էլեկտրոնային առաքման ծառայության միջոցով: Այն իր տեսակով միակն է և եզակի՝ որպես մասնագիտացված գրադարան։

Գրադարանի հարուստ ֆոնդերը իր մեջ ներառում են տեխնիկական փաստաթղթերի հատուկ տեսակներ՝ արտոնագրեր, նորմատիվ-տեխնիկական փաստաթղթեր, արտադրությանը վերաբերող տեխնիկական պայմաններ, արդյունաբերական կատալոգներ, ինչպես նաև գիտատեխնիկական ուղղվածության ոլորտն ընդգրկող տարատեսակ փաստաթղթային հարուստ ֆոնդեր՝ գրքեր, պարբերական և էլեկտրոնային հրատարակություններ, սեղմագրային հանդեսներ, ատենախոսության սեղմագրեր։

Գրադարանը գործում է ավելի քան 60 տարի․ 1991 թվականից՝ ՀՀ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության ենթակայության ներքո։ 2009թ. ՀՀ կառավարության ապրիլի 23-ի №454-Ն որոշմամբ, ստեղծվում է ՆՁԱԿ ՊՈԱԿ-ը, որի վարչական կառուցվածքում իր գործունեությունն է շարունակում երբեմնի հանրապետական կարգավիճակ ունեցող գիտատեխնիկական գրադարանը։

Նախարարությունը որոշել է, որ 60-ամյա հսկան հունիսի 2-ից պետք է դադարեցնի իր գործունեությունը, իսկ գրադարանի և գրապահոց հանդիսացող շենքերը աճուրդի են հանվել դեռևս դեկտեմբերի 28-ի որոշմամբ․ հավանաբար, գրադարանի տեղում բազմաբնակարան շենք կառուցելու ախորժակ է բացվել։

Փակվելու են ոչ միայն Երևանի, այլև Հանրապետության տարածքում գործող 4 մյուս մասնաճյուղերը՝ Գյումրիում, Վանաձորում, Հրազդանում և Կապանում։

Գործազուրկի կարգավիճակում կհայտնվեն թվով 72 աշխատակից Երևանում և մարզային մասնաճյուղերում։

Աշխատակիցները սկսել են գոյապայքար՝ պահպանելու այս անչափ կարևոր հաստատությունը։

Գիտատեխնիկական գրադարանը պետության հովանու ներքո առնելու փոխարեն այս մարդիկ ընտրել են լուծարելու տարբերակը՝ շարունակելով կրթությունն ու գիտությունը կազմաքանդելու իրենց քաղաքականությունը։

Սա մեծագույն սխալ է, անընդունելի որոշում, որի իրականացման դեպքում լուրջ հարված կհասցվի Հայաստանի գիտությանը, տնտեսությանը, արդյունաբերությանը, գիտատեխնիկական առաջընթացին։

Կառավարության կողմից պարբերաբար շեշտվում է գիտելիքահենք տնտեսություն ունենալու տեսլականը, սակայն ինչպես պատկերացնել գիտելիքահենք տնտեսություն առանց գիտատեխնիկական տեղեկատվության․․.

Խնդրի կապակցությամբ պատրաստվում եմ գրություններ ուղարկել Էկոնոմիկայի և ԿԳՄՍ նախարարություններ՝ պահանջելով բացատրություն նման որոշման համար»։
