Զատուլինն ասել է՝ ՀԱՊԿ որ 2 երկիրը նկատի ուներ Փաշինյանը՝ հայտարարելով 2020-ին Բաքվին օգնություն ցուցաբերելու մասին

Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Ադրբեջանի դեմ պատերազմում պարտության համար ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը գցել Ռուսաստանի վրա. այս մասին Gazeta.Ru-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ գործերով, եվրասիական ինտեգրման և հայրենակիցների հետ կապերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը։
Նա այսպես է մեկնաբանել Փաշինյանի երեկվա մեղադրանքները ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկու երկրի հասցեին՝ 2020 թվականին Բաքվին օգնություն ցուցաբերելու համար։
«Իմ դիրքորոշումը վաղուց հայտնի է. Փաշինյանը ստախոս է և սրիկա, որը փորձում է հայ ժողովրդի զայրույթն ուղղել դեպի Ռուսաստան՝ ձախողվելով և կորցնելով այն ամենը, ինչի համար երկար տարիներ պայքարել են իր նախորդները և ողջ հայ ժողովուրդը»,- ասել է Զատուլինը։
Պետդումայի անդամը պարզաբանել է, թե Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության որ երկու երկրի մասին էր խոսում Փաշինյանը։
«Կարելի է համարել Ռուսաստանը և Բելառուսը: Իմ կարծիքով՝ դրա համար պետք չէ ենթադրություններ անել»,- հայտարարել է Զատուլինը։
Նշենք, որ նախօրեին Փաշինյանն ԱԺ-ում ասել էր, որ 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմի նախապատրաստությանը ոչ մեր կողմից մասնակցել են մեր դաշնակիցները։ Նա այս մասին ասել էր՝ պատասխանելով Բաքվում Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյի հայտարարությունների վերաբերյալ հարցին։
«ՀԱՊԿ-ի առնվազն 2 երկիր գիտեմ, որ մասնակցել է մեր դեմ պատերազմի նախապատրաստությանը։ Էդ երկրները հնարավոր է՝ իմիտացիա են ստեղծել, որ ուզում են մեզ օգնել։ Այդ պատերազմը ԼՂ մասին չի եղել։ Այդ պատերազմը եղել է ՀՀ չակնկալիքների մասին։ Պատերազմի նպատակը եղել է ՀՀ անկախ պետության չգոյությունը։ Դա 2020-ի նոյեմբերի 9-ին չի իրականացել, հետո փորձել են 2021-ին։ Էլի չի ստացվել, հետո 2022-ին, 2023-ին, էլի չի ստացվել։ Մի հատ էլ փորձեցին 2024-ի մայիսի 9-ին, չստացվեց ու էլի չի ստացվելու։ Ուրախ եմ, որ Լուկաշենկոն այդ մասին ասաց հրապարակավ»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը։
