Կապանում փորձել են հրկիզել քաղաքապետ Փարսյանին սպասարկող «Lexus lx 570»-ը․ ժամանել է ԱԱԾ -ն

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ այսօր՝ մայիսի 21-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Սյունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 19։30-ի սահմաններում քաղաքացիները ահազանգել են ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Կապանի բաժին և հայտնել, որ Կապանի քաղաքապետարանի ու մշակույթի տան մոտ ավտոմեքենա է այրվում։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Կապանի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահի գլխավորությամբ։
Նմանատիպ ահազանգ ստացվել է նաև Կապանի թիվ 54 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատ, սակայն մինչ հրշեջների ժամանումը քաղաքացիները մարել են կայանված վիճակում գտնվող «Lexus lx 570» մակնիշի 055 QQ 55 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի դիմային հատվածում առաջացած կրակը։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով նշված ավտոմեքենան սպասարկում է Կապանի քաղաքապետ Գևորգ Փարսյանին, սակայն հաշվառված է Կապանում գործող «Նորոգշին» ՍՊԸ-ի հաշվեկշռում և «Նաիրի ինշուրանս» ապահովագրական ընկերությունում է ապահովագրված ու խնդիրներ ունենալու դեպքում ԱՊՊԱ-ն կապի է դուրս գալիս Գրիգորի Փարսյանի հետ, քանի որ նշված ավտոմեքենան խնդիրներ ունենալու դեպքում ԱՊՊԱ-ում նրա հեռախոսահամարն է գրանցված։
Իրավապահները ունեն կասկածներ, որ հնարավոր է ավտոմեքենան միտումնավոր փորձել են հրկիզել։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Կապանի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Սյունիքի մարզի ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցները և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Սյունիքի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները։
