Համաշխարհային բանկը աղետների ռիսկի կառավարման ոլորտում կաջակցի ՆԳ նախարարությանը
Ներքին գործերի նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանը մայիսի 20-ին ընդունել է Համաշխարհային բանկի տարածաշրջանային տնօրեն Սամեհ Նագիբ Վահբայի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՆԳ նախարարությունից։
Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ նախարարն ընդգծել է Համաշխարհային բանկի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի հետ ձևավորված արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը, մասնավորապես՝ աղետների ռիսկի կառավարման, բնակչության պաշտպանության և թվայնացման ոլորտներում։
Վահե Ղազարյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության որոշմամբ հաստատվել է Աղետների ռիսկի կառավարման 2023-2030 թթ. ռազմավարությունը և 2023-2026 թթ. գործողությունների ծրագիրը, որով սահմանված են ռազմավարության գերակա ուղղությունները։
Միաժամանակ նշվել է, որ աղետների ռիսկի կառավարման ոլորտի օրենսդրական շրջանակի բարեփոխման նպատակով լրամշակվել է «Աղետների ռիսկի կառավարման և բնակչության պաշտպանության մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը, ինչպես նաև մշակման փուլում է սեյսմիկ պաշտպանության ոլորտային ռազմավարական փաստաթուղթը։
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝ Սամեհ Նագիբ Վահբան ներկայացրել է Համաշխարհային բանկի կողմից աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման և արտակարգ իրավիճակներին արձագանքման ուղղություններով իրականացվող միջոցառումները և աշխատանքները։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև սեյսմիկ ռիսկի տեսանկյունից հատուկ նշանակության օբյեկտների վիճակը, շենք-շինությունների շինարարական նորմերի պահպանման և սեյսմիկ պաշտպանության ոլորտին վերաբերող այլ հարցեր։
