Իրանի նախագահի գրասենյակի ղեկավարը մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել Ռայիսիի ուղղաթիռի վթարից

Իրանի նախագահի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Ղոլամհոսեյն Էսմայիլին, որը եղել է Էբրահիմ Ռայիսիին ուղեկցող մյուս ուղղաթիռում, մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել Ռայիսիի ուղղաթիռի վթարից: Ըստ պաշտոնյայի՝ թռիչքի ժամանակ եղանակային պայմանները բարենպաստ են եղել և միայն մի հատվածում է ամպ եղել:
«Թռիչքից կես ժամ անց Սունգունի պղնձի հանքի մոտ ամպակույտ կար, բայց մառախուղ չէր: Հնարավոր է, որ ձորի խորքում մառախուղ լիներ, բայց մեր թռիչքի ճանապարհին մառախուղ չկար։ Ամպերը ուղղաթիռից մի փոքր բարձր էին։ Նախագահին տեղափոխող ուղղաթիռի օդաչուն, որպես հրամանատար, հրահանգեց, որ բարձրություն վերցնենք և ամպերի վերևից ճանապարհը շարունակենք:
Ուղղաթիռները մեծացրին թռիչքի բարձրությունը և մոտ 30 վարկյան անց մեր օդաչուն հասկացավ, որ նախագահի ուղղաթիռը չկա: Ի վերջո ամպերը վերջացան, և Սունգունի պղնձի հանքը տեսանք: Մեր օդաչուն շրջադարձ արեց և հետ վերադարձավ, որ ուղղաթիռը գտնի: Ինձ ասացին, որ հնարավոր է՝ ուղղաթիռն ընկել է, քանի որ 1 ու կես րոպե կապ չունեինք: Մեր ուղղաթիռը մի քանի անգամ պտտվեց և ռադիոկապ էլ չհաջողվեց հաստատել: 30 վարկյանից Սունգունի հանք վայրէջք կատարեցինք:
Ուղղաթիռի ուղևորների հետ կապ հաստատեցինք, ոչ ոք չէր պատասխանում: Հետո մեզ ասացին, որ զանգել են կապիտան Մուստաֆավիի բջջային հեռախոսին և պարոն ալ-Հաշեմն է պատասխանել և ասել, որ ձորն է ընկել, բայց չի ասել, թե ինչ է եղել:
Հետո, երբ ես կապ հաստատեցի պարոն ալ-Հաշեմն ասաց՝ «լավ չեմ զգում ինձ, չգիտեմ՝ ինչ է եղել, չգիտեմ՝ որտեղ եմ, ծառերի տակ եմ, ոչ մեկի չեմ տեսնում, մենակ եմ»: Անտառի նկարագրություն տվեց: Մեզ համար պարզ դարձավ, որ ուղղաթիռը վթարի է ենթարկվել: Շտապօգնություն և բուժանձնակազմ վերցրեցինք և գնացինք տարածք: Պարոն Ալ-Հաշեմի հետ մի քանի անգամ խոսել ենք, երևի մոտ երեք ժամ պատասխանել է զանգերին: Հետո պարզվեց, որ բոլորը միանգամից են նահատակվել, իսկ պարոն ալ Հաշեմը՝ մի քանի ժամ անց: Ոչ պայթյունի ձայն է եղել, ոչ կրակ, ոչ ծուխ։
Ժամը 3-ին, 3 անց կես այդ տարածքում եղանակն ամբողջովին փոխվել է: Երբ փրկարարները հասան տարածք եղանակ ամբողջովին փոխվել էր: Ես չգիտեմ, թե ուղղաթիռային թռիչքի համար եղանակային պայմանների ստանդարտը որն է, բայց այն, ինչն իմ աչքով եմ տեսել, այն էր, որ թռիչքի ժամանակ պայմանները սովորական էին: Միայն մի ձորում և մի շատ սահմանափակ հատվածում ենք ամպ տեսել, որը ես չեմ կարող ասել թռիչքը կանխարգելող գործոն կարող էր լինել, թե չէ»:
