ԶՊՄԿ-ն կրկին դուրս է գալու առաջին հորիզոնական

Վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանի 1000 հարկատուների ցանկը գլխավորում էր Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը։ Այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակի տվյալներով` ԶՊՄԿ-ն միայն երրորդն է։ Անակնկալ կերպով հարկատուների ցանկի առաջին հորիզոնական է բարձրացել «Մոբայլ սենթր արտ» ընկերությունը, իսկ երկրորդը՝ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան» է։

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատն այս տարվա երեք ամիսների ընթացքում 15,6 միլիարդ դրամ է վճարել պետական բյուջե։ Հանրության մոտ կարող է տպավորություն ստեղծվել, թե երրորդ տեղում գտնվող ԶՊՄԿ-ն ավելի քիչ հարկեր է վճարել, քան, օրինակ, նախորդ տարի, մինչդեռ իրականում` հակառակն է։

Նախորդ տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում ԶՊՄԿ-ն շուրջ 140 միլիոն դրամով ավելի պակաս էր հարկեր վճարել, իսկ առաջին հորիզոնականում այլ ընկերության հայտնվելու հանգամանքը պայմանավորված է բացառապես վերաարտահանմամբ, երբ արևմտյան սարքավորումները և տեխնիկան Հայաստանի տարածքով են տեղափոխում Ռուսաստան։

Ըստ կանխատեսումների՝ արդեն հաջորդ եռամսյակում ԶՊՄԿ-ն վերականգնելու է առաջատարի իր դիրքերը, ընդ որում` երկրորդ եռամսյակի վճարվելիք հարկերը մի քանի անգամ գերազանցելու են առաջին եռամսյակի հարկերը։

Միայն ապրիլին Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը վճարել է մոտ 30 միլիարդ դրամի հարկ, մեկ ամսում կրկնակի ավելի, քան նախորդ 3 ամիսներին, իսկ մայիս և հունիս ամիսների վճարելիք հարկերի տվյալները հայտնի կդառնան ավելի ուշ։ Բանն այն է, որ առաջին եռամսյակում չեն արտացոլվում տարեկան հաշվետվությունները, որոնք, ըստ հարկային օրենսգրքի` ներկայացվում են ապրիլին, և տարեկան վճարների մեծ մասը ռոյալթիի և շահութահարկի մասով արվում է հենց ապրիլին։

Ըստ էության` արդեն երկրորդ եռամսյակում ԶՊՄԿ-ն կվերականգնի առաջատարի իր դիրքերը՝ մի քանի անգամ գերազանցելով «մրցակիցներին»։
