«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ Փաշինյանի ոստիկանները «հերոսաբար» շարունակեցին «Կոլցո» գործողությունը Կիրանցի ու, ընդհանրապես, հայ ժողովրդի դեմ: Հարյուրավոր, եթե ոչ՝ հազարավոր ոստիկաններ հաստաբեստ «կենդանի» պատով փակել էին Կիրանց (ու ոչ միայն) տանող ճանապարհները, արգելափակել Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների ազատ տեղաշարժը՝ այդ ամենը պատճառաբանելով ինչ-որ «սահմանապահական աշխատանքներ» իրականացնելու գործընթացով: Դա բազմաթիվ մեկնաբաններ որակում են որպես Կիրանցի բլոկադա՝ նկատելով, որ ոստիկանական լայնածավալ գործողության առանցքային նպատակը Կիրանցի ու մյուս սահմանամերձ գյուղերի հայ բնակչությանը հոգեբանական ահաբեկման ենթարկելն է, ճնշելը, ըստ էության՝ հայկական հողերը թշնամուն հանձնելն սպասարկելը:

Մինչ այս, մինչ այն, երեկ որոշեց իր գոյության մասին հիշեցնել նաև Փաշինյանի արդարադատության նախարարությունը՝ երկարաշունչ պարզաբանումներ տարածելով «սահմանազատման գործընթացի» վերաբերյալ ու «մոլորեցնող» որակելով հողատվության այս ընթացքը քննադատող մասնագետների փաստարկված դիտողությունները: Փաշինյանի արդարադատության նախարարությունն, ըստ այնմ, արդարացնում է իր ղեկավար վարչապետի քմահաճույքով կատարվող շարունակական հանձնողականությունը:

Այդ պարզաբանման ցանկացած կետ է խոցելի, բայց ամենից տարօրինակը իշխանության կողմից թշնամուն հանձնվող հայկական տարածքներում գույքի վերաբերյալ մասն էր, օրինակ՝ այն, որ կիրանցեցիների ունեցած կադաստրի վկայականները... գործնականում անիմաստ թղթի կտորներ են, որովհետև... անճշտությունների վրա արված պետական գրանցումներ են և այլն, և այլն: Մյուս «հակափաստարկն» ընդհանրապես զավեշտից զավեշտ է, թե՝ «նոր սահման չի գծվում», այլ... վերարտադրվում է:

Բայց նույնիսկ դա չէ էականը, այլ այն, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունն ու դրա կոնկրետ ճյուղավորումները, որ, ի դեպ, սնվում են ՀՀ հարկատուներիս միջոցներով, ադրբեջանական զավթիչներից ու ցեղասպանական ոճրագործներից ավելի ջերմեռանդ և ուժգին են պայքարում՝ ապացուցելու համար, որ Հայաստանի այս կամ այն տարածքը ադրբեջանական է և... վերջ:

Ու նման «փաստարկներով» նույնպիսի հաջողությամբ կարող են հիմք ստեղծել՝ վաղը, մյուս օրը Հայաստանի այլ տարածքներ ևս ադրբեջանական թուրքերինը համարելու և հանձնելու համար: Թե չէ՝ ինչ օրենք, ինչ Սահմանադրություն, ինչ օրինականություն: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը ե՞րբ է նման «մանր-մունր» բաների հետևից ընկել:
