Սա Կիրանցի, Ոսկեպարի, Բաղանիսի կամ որևէ այլ գյուղի խնդիր չէ, սա ՀՀ գոյության խնդիրն է, որի արժանապատիվ քաղաքացիներն այստեղ են, խնդիրն այստեղ է, բայց լուծումը Երևանում է։

Այս մասին կիրանցիների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց գյուղ մտած Բագրատ Սրբազանը։

Նա նշեց, որ բառի բուն իմաստով ապօրինի իշխանությունը, այդ մարդկանց քվեները գողացած իշխանությունը, այս մարդկանց հակառակ խոստումը տված իշխանությունը որևէ գործ չունի այդ մարդկանց կյանքի հետ։

Հարցին՝ ի՞նչ ճանապարհով կարող է կասեցվել այդ ամբողջ աղետը նա պատասխանեց․

«Ուրիշ տարբերակ չկա, մենք չենք կարող զորք ու զենքով դա անել։ Ես առաջին օրվանից եմ ասել, երբ ինձ ասել են՝ զենք կառնենք, հենց այս գյուղի գյուղապետը խոստանում էր ընտանիքներով լցվել խրամատ, ո՞ւր է բա ինքը, կարողացե՞լ է, չի կարողացել, ո՞վ կարող է։ Այլևս խրամատում չէ մեր խնդրի լուծումը, այդ խրամատը մեր ամենամեծ պատն էր այս մարդկանց անվտանգության համար, ոչ թե ծառերը, կամ մի հատ գիծ»։

Ճշտող հարցին էլ՝ ինչպե՞ս կարողացավ հասնել Կիրանց, քանի որ ճանապարհը փակ է ոստիկանների կողմից, Սրբազանն ասաց՝ ուղիղ ճանապարհով․

«Թող իմանան՝ հաստատություն ու ինստիտուտ այս երկրում չի գործում։ Ասեմ ձեզ, ժողովուրդ, իմանաք, իմ բոլոր քայլերը տարբեր մեքենաներով վերահսկում են, էլ չեմ ասում հեռախոսս, հեռախոսս իրենց համար հանրային ռադիո է։

Բոլոր քայլերը, ուր գնում եմ, քաղաքի մի տեղից մյուս տեղ ուզենամ գնալ, հսկում են, այդ բոլոր մեքենաները բռնվել են, բացահայտված է, մարդիկ էլ իջել ասել են՝ օրհնի գնանք։ Չկա համակարգ, չի գործում, ապօրինի կառավարությունն իր ապօրիինի գործիքներով չի կարող ճշմարտության դիմացն առնել, հույսը մնացել է 4 հոգի՝ այնտեղ մեծ փորերով կանգնածները՝ ոստիկանապետ, փոխոստիկանապետ, մի կիսագողական գնդապետ կա, այս որակի մարդիկ են մնացել»,- նշեց նա։
