Նիդերլանդների թագավորության Հաագա քաղաքում օրերս անցկացվել է «Զինված հակամարտությունների ժամանակ մշակութային արժեքների պաշտպանության կոնվենցիայի» (Հաագա, 1954 թ.) 70-ամյակին նվիրված միջազգային համաժողով, որը կազմակերպել էին ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ն, Նիդերլանդների թագավորությունը, ինչպես նաև միջազգային տարբեր կազմակերպություններ։

ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից հայտնում են, որ համաժողովին մասնակցում էին տասնյակ երկրների պատվիրակներ, ժառանգության ուսումնասիրման ոլորտի տասնյակ կազմակերպություններ, փորձագետներ։

Համաժողովին մասնակցում էր նաև հայաստանյան պատվիրակությունը՝ ի դեմս  ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ «Պատմամշակութային ժառանգության գիտահետազոտական կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Խաչիկ Հարությունյանի և նախարարության մշակութային ժառանգության վարչության մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանության և զարգացման բաժնի պետ Գառնիկ Մոմջյանի։

Պատմամշակութային ժառանգության գիտահետազոտական կենտրոնը 2021-2023 թթ․ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի հետ հաջողությամբ և բարձր մակարդակով իրականացրած «Համաշխարհային ժառանգության կառավարումը Հայաստանում» ծրագրի շնորհիվ հրավեր էր ստացել համաժողովի գլխավոր դահլիճի հարակից սրահում միջազգային նշանավոր կազմակերպությունների (ԻԿՕՄՕՍ, ԻԿՌՕՄ, ԻԿՕՆԵՄ, ԱԼԻՖ, Կապույտ վահան, Հոնկոնգի համալսարան) կողքին ունենալու իր առանձին տաղավարը, որտեղ երեք օր շարունակ ներկայացվել են գիտահետազոտական կենտրոնի և ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի հետ համատեղ ծրագիրը, հուշարձանների թվայնացման, եռաչափ մոդելավորման, ինչպես նաև նորագույն սարքավորումներով իրականացրած հետազոտական մյուս աշխատանքները, կրթական ծրագրերը և այլ նախագծեր։ Հայկական տաղավար են այցելել տարբեր երկրների պատվիրակներ, ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի անդամ երկրների դեսպաններ, միջազգային հետազոտական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, որոնցից մի քանիսի հետ ձեռք են բերվել առաջիկայում համատեղ նախագծեր իրականացնելու պայմանավորվածություններ։

Հայկական տաղավարում ներկայացվել է նաև ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի, ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարության և Մաշտոցյան Մատենադարանի համատեղ իրականացրած իրաքյան Էրբիլ քաղաքի ձեռագրական կենտրոնի ձեռագրերի թվայնացման և վերականգնման նախագիծը, որի արդյունքում Մատենադարանի աշխատակցները փորձի փոխանակման և վերապատրաստման դասընթացներ են վարել Էրբիլի կենտրոնի աշխատակիցների համար։

Համաժողովի ընթացքում, ի թիվս տարբեր հարցերի, քննարկվել են նաև զինված հակամարտությունների պայմաններում մշակութային ժառանգության (նյութական և ոչ նյութական) պահպանության համար իրավական նոր մեխանիզմների անհրաժեշտությանն առնչվող հարցեր, ինչպես նաև նորագույն սարքավորումների դերն այդ գործում։ Այս համատեքստում Պատմամշակութային ժառանգության գիտահետազոտական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Խաչիկ Հարությունյանը ներկաներին հիշեցրել է ԼՂ պատմամշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման, բռնայուրացման դեպքերը, ինչպես նաև կարևորել հնարավոր նոր մեխանիզմների անհրաժեշտությունը ԼՂ-ում հայկական (համամարդկային) ժառանգության մշտադիտարկման և պահպանության ուղղությամբ։
