Իրանը՝ Ռայիսիից հետո. ի՞նչ սպասել

Աշխարհը ցնցված է Իրանից ստացված տեղեկություններից, մեր հարևան երկրում համազգային սուգ է հայտարարվել: Վաղը նախագահ Էբրահիմ Ռայիսիի և ԱԳ նախարարի հուղարկավորությունը տեղի կունենա:
Ողբերգության մասին քննարկումներում առկա են նաև խոսակցություններ այն մասին, որ այս վթարը կարող էր կապ ունենալ Իսրայելի և Ադրբեջանի հետ։ Սակայն մեզ համար հետաքրքիրն այն է, թե ինչ է եղել մինչև ողբերգությունը և, մասնավորապես, Ռայիսիի հայտարարությունը Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության մասին: Ի՞նչ զարգացումների սպասել, ինչպե՞ս այս իրադարձությունը կանդրադառնա Հայաստանի վրա. այս և այլ հարցերի շուրջ MediaHub-ը զրուցեց քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Դանիելյանի հետ։
«Ադրբեջանի ամբողջականության մասին խոսելուց Իրանի նախագահ Էբրահիմ Ռայիսին նկատի ուներ, որ ճանաչում է Ադրբեջանի ամբողջականությունը ճիշտ այնպես, ինչպես Հայաստանի վարչապետն է հայտարարել, որ ճանաչում է Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, ինչը եղել է թե՛ մինչ 2020թ. պատերազմը, թե՛ պատերազմից հետո»,- ասաց Դանիելյանը։
Ըստ քաղաքագետի՝ այստեղ որևէ նորություն, որևէ նոր բան գոյություն չունի, և մենք չենք կարող ասել՝ Իրանի տեսակետները փոխվե՞լ են, քանի որ Իրանի տեսակետները կառուցվում են Իրանի շահերի վրա։
«Իր շահերը Իրանը հստակ նշել է, իրենց անհանգստացնում է, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» և այն, որ Ադրբեջանը գտնվում է բրիտանական ու իսրայելական ազդեցության տիրույթում, այնտեղ կան հատուկ ծառայությունների կենտրոններ։ Իսկ այդ ամենը կարող է սպառնալ Իրանի ամբողջականությանը»,- նշեց Դանիելյանը։
Այլ կերպ ասած, Իրանը ոչ մի տեսակետ չի փոխել, վարում է նույն քաղաքականությունը, որը վարել է մինչև այս, նկատեց Դանիելյանը։ Եվ, ըստ նրա, Ռայիսիի խոսքերը ոչինչ չեն նշանակում այն առումով, թե քաղաքականություն է փոխվում։
Նախագահի մահից հետո Իրանում նոր նախագահ է ընտրվելու, արդյո՞ք նախագահի ընտրությունների ընթացքում կամ արդյունքում լուրջ փոփոխություններ կլինեն, սահմաններ կփոխվեն, մասնավորապես, Հայաստանի և Իրանի միջև․ Դանիելյանը պատասխանեց, որ, բնականաբար, Իրանը շատ մեծ երկիր է և շատ բարդ իշխանական, պետական կառուցվածք ունի և շատ երկրներից տարբերվում է հենց այդ բարդ կառուցվածքով։
«Այդ մեծ երկրում տարբեր իշխանական կենտրոններ գոյություն ունեն, և Իրանի նախագահի ժամանակավոր փոփոխությունը մինչև ընտրությունները կարող է ներքաղաքական դասավորվածություն փոխել, քանզի ներքաղաքական պայքար կա նաև Իրանում։ Բայց ֆունդամենտալ հարցերում, արտաքին քաղաքականության, երբ դա վերաբերում է Իրանի անվտանգությանը, տարածքների ամբողջականությանը, որին սպառնում է Ադրբեջանը, և որին սատարում են Մեծ Բրիտանիան և Իսրայելը, բնականաբար, այդ հարցերում փոփոխություններ չեն կարող լինել»,- եզրափակեց Դանիելյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, իրանական ԶԼՄ-ները մայիսի 19-ին հաղորդել են, որ Ռայիսիին և երկրի արտգործնախարար Հոսեյն Ամիր Աբդոլլահիանին տեղափոխող ուղղաթիռը կոշտ վայրէջք է կատարել երկրի հյուսիս-արևմուտքում՝ Վերզեգանի շրջանում: Ժամեր տևած որոնողական աշխատանքներից հետո պաշտոնապես հայտարարվեց, որ ուղղաթիռում գտնվող բոլոր անձինք, այդ թվում և երկրի նախագահը, զոհվել են:
