Ինչպե՞ս ճիշտ ավելացնել սոդա աղացած միսին:
Գլխավորը համամասնությունը պահպանելն է՝ մեկ կիլոգրամ աղացած մսի համար անհրաժեշտ է 100-150 միլիլիտր սոդա։
Դուք կարող եք օգտագործել հանքային ջուր կամ սովորական գազով ջուր:
Ջուր ավելացնելուց հետո ավելացրեք ձեր նախընտրած համեմունքները, ապա մանրակրկիտ հունցեք աղացած միսը և դրեք սառնարանը 2 ժամով։
Դրանից հետո ավելացնել սոխն ու սխտորը։
Սոդան կօգնի համեմունքներին ավելի լավ արտահայտել իրենց համը։ Իսկ փրփրուն ջրի շնորհիվ կոտլետները ստացվում են աներևակայելի նուրբ և հյութալի։ Գազավորված ըմպելիքները, որոնք սովորաբար ավելի թթվային են, քան սովորական ջուրը և կարող են պարունակել նատրիումի բիկարբոնատ, օգնում են փափկեցնել սպիտակուցները նախքան դրանք եփելը:
